What makes you the best candidate for Ethics Committee Assistant?:
I am the best candidate for Ethics Committee Assistant for many reasons. I have a lot of CL4 experience such as JR. CL4 and SR. CL4. I have played some IA in my past and know how to embrace Ethics code without being aggressive such as forcing individuals to follow it. If they refuse to follow it I would detain and arrest them. Being GSD captain as well has to deal a lot with ethics, they have to make sure that the General Security Department do not break the code of Ethics and must follow it. With that being said, Nu-7 LT has to make sure non of the Nu-7 operatives are unethically terminating Civilians and do not kill each other. But besides all my background information, I am very active within this server, I always keep my loyalty towards the foundation and never commit treasonous acts. I am a very dedicated member within the SCP Foundation I always strive for the best of my capabilities within the SCP Foundation. I look forward to helping those who are in need within the Site such as for them learning rules and more of the Code of Ethics.

What are the responsibilities of Ethics Committee Assistants in RP?: The responsibilities that the Ethics Committee Assistant uphold is first and formatly, assist the Ethics Members with anything that they request, this means that they must uphold the most highest standard of ethics for every department. Such as verifying the knowledge of Ethics. They also, authorize AA and for MTF groups and Mass terms within D-Block, they can also authorize a sweep within D-Block if no GSD CPT+ are on at the moment to lead a sweep for the General Security Department. They also work closely with the Internal Affairs department if people break ethics. They can also approve tests for researchers if no other superiors are on the server. They report there problems with Ethics Committee members and possibly Omega-1.

Please give some lore about your Ethics Committee Assistant character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Biographical information: Joe Lifts was a regular kid growing up being very smart and wanting to be strong that is why he got his name as Joe Lifts he worked out a lot of as a kid and always was interested in being a SWAT member. Once Joe Lifts became a SWAT member that he perused to become, he wanted more. He then decided to go into the military in Army regiment at first. He was eventually promoted to 2nd Lieutenant and tried out for Joint Task Force 2 (JTF2) in the Canadian military. It was a success and Joe Lifts became an operative within JTF2. He was then asked to give a nickname, he designated himself "Money". Joe "Money" Lifts. Few years later he resigned from JTF2 and was given a letter to join the SCP Foundation. He accepted it and continued his journey up to GSD Captain. After he believed to fulfil his duty as CPT, Joe "Money" Lifts decided to gain some surface knowledge and join the DEA, he spent many hours but no Agency manager+ was there to see him succeed, so he joined the MTF Nu-7 "Hammer down" which is currently a LT. He then wants to put an application for the Ethics Committee assistant, to enforce ethics more around the site, with his application being accepted, his journey will be unimaginable...
