Please give some lore about your Ethics Committee Assistant character and what storylines they would be involved in:

Born in 1940 to Arthur Benedict, a designer of tanks for WWII, John Benedict exhibited early genius relating to mechanics that later blossomed into curiosity about biology. Despite poverty, he taught himself medicine, running an underground clinic by age 20. Drafted during the Cold War, he developed advanced medical technology but excelled most in treatment. After the war, he was abducted and recruited by the SCP Foundation, where his fascination with anomalies, paired with his medical expertise, earned him rapid recognition and advancement. Recognizing the growing interest in having their representative’s input during the review process, briefings, and post-incident evaluations, the Ethics Committee becomes aware of the value Benedict brings to the table. He brings one crucial aspect that the Ethics Committee members never had access to before: an unbiased explanation of the medical consequences of proposed procedures. His communication is direct, detailed, and strictly professional. When he is consulted, he provides clear assessments, projected outcomes, and risk evaluations rooted in decades of hands-on medical practice.
