Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?:

I am applying for Executive because, I believe that being a part of RSD is one of the best things a new player can do within the community, and if I am able to assist them with creating tests or trouble shooting I want to be in a more public and available position. Alongside this I want to be a part of the Research Department as it grows and develops which I believe that this position will greatly improve my ability to do so.
-

What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?:

I am a great selection for Executive Researcher as I am firstly, a person with a lot of experience especially with my past experience as a Sr. Researcher in 2024, and I believe I can easily enter into the role without problem, and fit into the current culture of the Department. Alongside this I am a quite caring peros who tries to help others out, and that is vital to the role of Executive where they are needed to assist out newer researchers, and help guide veteran ones through larger scale tests.

How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?
I Believe I have received around 5 Excellent with most of them being from 2024 I believe. There is a variety of factors that go into an excellent graded document, but the most important part I believe is creativity, because Researchers can make a their documents look as a beautiful as the clipboard allows, and as much fluff to make the document seem detailed, but if it lacks any imagination into pushing Roleplay it fails to create interesting experiences for everyone involved. Alongside that I believe another important factor that comes into grading an excellent document is effort as without it the document feels rushed,, and it shows with how sloppy the documents become. A lack of effort leads to a clear decline in the quality of the document in regards to grammar, style, and general flow. Overall I believe the two most important factors when deciding a document goes from good to excellent is it’s creativity with how it pushes the bounds of RP, and it’s effort with it deciding the grammar and flow of the whole document.

What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:

The general responsibilities of an Executive range quite a bit, but the major responsibilities are that they are a leading example for newer members as they are the first persons that these members will see, and it is important that they see what to, and not to do while a member of the Department. They can be an example by creating excellent tests, and taking Jr. Researchers on them to see the proper protocol, or creating lectures and doing brainstorming events so Researchers can figure out interesting test ideas. Secondly they should be a disciplinarian making sure that members of the Research Department are acting in accordance with the guidelines, and are acting as mature members of the Site. I believe being a disciplinarian is just as important as being a good role model as Executives are the first persons to be able to respond to misbehaving scientists, and correct them. Their third and final major responsibility is to sign and review documentation, this is an Executive's primary focus while on site, and it’s very beneficial when done correctly as it rewards Scientists and gives feedback to Researchers that need it.

Please give some lore about your Executive Researcher character and what storylines they would be involved in:

Dr. Acutis was well regarded in the professional field of Biology before he accepted a job in one of the Foundation’s shell companies where his work to the public has gone silent. Now Dr. Acutis has spent his years testing the reaction of Anomalies to a variety of chemicals under the watchful eye of Ethics. His recent performance has earned him an appearance before the Promotion Board of the Research Department where he hopes to make a good impression.
