Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector? Since I began playing on this server, I’ve spent time in multiple Foundation departments, but none have been as enjoyable or engaging as ISD. I’ve especially enjoyed helping newer agents by answering questions and guiding them through our practices. I also frequently play during hours when no Inspectors are available, which has given me opportunities to step up and assist with training and support. I’m interested in progressing within the department and contributing more overall to ISDs effectiveness

What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?:
I am an experienced member in the department that has dealt with every violation from Trespass to Treason. I'm always willing to educate any member of the foundation as I find that's a great way to lower FLC violations occurring. I try to be reasonable when I walk into a situation, making sure everyone is heard and I have all the facts before I make a decision. Finally I truly enjoy helping new agents in ISD, and being able to train and educate them when they join will help the department run more smoothly

What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:
An Inspector should have a complete understanding of the FLC, COC, COE, and other departmental policies to ensure they are able to assess and respond to any situation they are put in. They should be willing and able to answer questions, train new agents, and create RP for members under them. Most importantly to be a calm and neutral force in any situation, focused on the facts and truths to the situation

How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?:
No major documents, just some arrest reports. A good document should have a clear purpose that conveys its information nicely, not too short but doesn't drag on as well.

What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:
Inspectors are responsible for being a middleman between CL3 and Sr CL4 members of ISD, training and testing new Agents and Investigators, ensuring foundation personnel are following the FLC, creating checkpoints in high traffic areas, and organizing Agents and Investigators to patrol or watch areas. Acting as a source of knowledge for lower ranking foundation personnel

Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:
I enjoy helping new members of ISD with anything they need as they get used to the department, I would like to introduce more operations for Investigators and above to interact with, and create trainings for prospective members of ISD to improve our agent test pass rate. I have never held a CL4 position but would like to prove myself here

Please give some lore about your Internal Security Inspector character and what storylines they would be involved in:
John was a former unionizing Tech Expert, who had high dreams for pay and benefits for the rest of his fellow ET&S staff. Those dreams were quickly shattered as he was walking outside of med bay one day when he was put into cuffs and blindfolded and a gagged. He was taken to a dark room with a table and 2 chairs and told to sit down by a man in a suit. 2 options were laid out for John, put on the orange jumpsuit or wear the white suit and help us catch your associates. After many undercover operations and busts John keeps moving on and up, with the looming threat of the orange jumpsuit keeping him in line.
