Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
1 Warning in 2023: RDM(B): Killed 2 Dclass as Techie. I do not dispute this warning
1 Warning in 2024. Ticket Abuse. This warning was falsely given (Meant for a similar name) and was disputed.
Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?
-I have been playing ISD Investigator for a small while now and I am enjoying the gameplay loop. It serves as a fun alternative to do activities around site where I can interact with a variety of departments and personnel (Not just the minges)
I believe that this is an ideal next step for me to be able to help ISD grow into an even better Dpt than it already is
What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?:
-I believe I am suitable for ISD Inspector as I have a firm but fair attitude, I'm willing to give reduced sentences if it is warranted. But am also willing to put people in for the max amount of time if it is required. And am willing to call staff if the situation requires
My experience in a wide variety of roles has given me knowledge on how each part of the site operates, which helps me in m y day-to-day duties on iSD.
Finally, I have a good knowledge of the FLC, CoC and CoE which will help me enforce the rules around the site.
What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:
-I believe a good ISD Inspector is firm but fair. They will be willing to hear both sides of the story and act without bias.
They should be able to handle stressful scenarios without snapping or lashing out at others as this will only cause more problems.
As well as that, they should be able to keep the Cl3 personnel within their department on their best behaviour, as well as handling internal complaints when they come in (Such as complaints about the conduct of Agents/Operatives)
How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?:
-In my time on the server, I have written many Rp serving documents. Several of them have been KTE reports or Operational guides on the UNGOCs equipment.
However, I also wrote several "Surgical Guide" documents which used to be on the corkboard within Medbays Surgical suite. These documents were signed off on my ECM Coral and kept there for a while (Although Idk where they went after the remodel)
While on ISD I have written numerous arrest reports, which consistently recieve a "Good" rating when graded
I believe that a good document should be easily to read, with few to no grammatical errors. Additionally it should contain relevant details and should be able to go in depth about what it is talking about.
The formating should be unique, but understandable. And it shouldn't detract from the actual contents of the document.
What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:
-The ISD Inspectors responsibilities are to help manage the Agents/Operatives and Investigators. As well as partaking in cl4 duties around the site. Such as managing arrests on Cl4 personnel, dealing with Cl4 infobreaches and guiding the Cl3 personnel in ISD in their day to day duties.
An example is that during a "Fakes on Site" scenario, an ISD Inspector could use their IA placer tool to help set up a chokepoint in an area to funnel people into an ISD ID check.
Or, for example, they can be the ones to carry out an arrest on a DEA Special Agent who violated FLC.
Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:
-As I have said, my experience in this server, and on ISD in general have given me a "Firm but fair" personality. I believe that keeping myself respectful when on duty will help as it will boost the image of ISD to most personnel.
But lets face it. There will always be people who hate ISD and provoke them at every opportunity. I believe that remaining respectful in these scenarios is even more importiant as if you become aggressive then you are just doing what they want. I am able to remain respectful and calm in these scenarios.
My knowledge of the CoE is boosted as I have previous experience on ECA, where I am able to identifty CoE violations and help deal with them
Please give some lore about your Internal Security Inspector character and what storylines they would be involved in:
-Joris has worked at Site-[REDACTED] for a while now. He is willing to partake in all sorts of scenarios. And he tries to educate the newcomers in the best ways possible using the knowledge he has gathered over the years.
OOC Info
I have no real restrictions on the types of Rp I involve Joris in. Though he will always lean more towards a "Law abiding citizen" type of role, determind to root out corruption where ever it hides.
I'm trying to get a much more "Level Headed" approach, as while he was violent in his youth, His time in the Foundation has caused him to Mellow out
