Why are you applying for Security Captain?
I have fallen back into playing GENSEC recently because of always having to be on surface when on Nu-7 or DEA. It has been rather enjoyable and I would like to expand further into this department by applying for Security Captain.
What makes you suitable for Security Captain?:
I have major experience within this site and even a little experience as a Security Captain. I possess all the skills and knowledge that allow me to preform all the duties and more a Security Captain has. I am also great at combating people and communicating in stressful or dire situations. In all I think I can preform as a very efficient Security Captain.
What are the responsibilities of the Security Captain in RP?:
Security Captains are a leadership position meaning they must be able to lead and help GSD. They also gain the new CL4 keycard and gain all of the other responsibility that CL4 personnel gain when getting a CL4 keycard. And that is the loyalty to the foundation and the secret new information they are trusted with. Security Captain are also responsible for holding a sweep on D-Block when there is a code 2. They also have to oversea their Cadets, Officers, Sergeants, and RRT. If any of those people act up and do something bad Security Captains will deal with that. Security Captains also have to preform RRT and HWL tryouts.

with two other older siblings his sister and brother. His parents had a solid relationship and he had a great childhood.
Joseph was a distant relative of Enzo Ferrari the creator of the car brand Ferrari. He had a normal life up until Highschool
where he started to succeed in his studies. Joseph would go on to have an average GPA of 3.9 throughout Highschool. He
also had a great career in Highschool Cross Country which intrigued many colleges. Ultimately Joseph had already set his
path unto joining the Military. This was because of his deceased Uncle, who inspired him greatly, was in the military. Joseph
figured that with his grades and sports performance he would get accepted into one of the Military Academies the United
States has. And with a few well written college essays Joseph was accepted into the United States Military Academy West
Point. However he is at conflict with his parents who are against him joining the military since it is dangerous and his Uncle
died. Joseph went into West Point regardless and stopped keeping in touch with his parents. Joseph ended up at the top
ranks of his class and graduated after 4 long years. At the graduation ceremony he didn't see his parents and he didn't

After West Point graduation he was enlisted as a Second Lieutenant in the army. He was assigned as a Intelligence Officer
which was tasked with gaining enemy intelligence during missions. At first his time in the military was quiet boring with
only doing simple officer tasks and such. But he was offered a mission from higher rankings. He had grown softer since his
training and almost declined the offer but something inside him didn't. Joseph thought of his uncle and then his parents. He
wanted to be just like his uncle and he would grow distant from his parents even more. Joseph thinking about it after a few
seconds accepted the mission and was assigned to a team of people. The mission took place in Afghanistan and was a siege
and destroy raid on a terrorist organization in the small town of Dewalak. Joseph was particular inexperienced compared to
the other 5 people in the team. He was also nervous because he knew now this was a dangerous mission. They landed at
night outside the town and entered. The team swept for the terrorists and their weapons of mass destruction. They found
them and were shot and killed stealthy and the weapons were seized. Joseph was shook by the whole thing especially the
killing part. It was almost an adrenaline or dopamine feeling from it. He was also given a promotion to First Lieutenant
which fueled to his stay in the military. Joseph would go for one more year in the military until he was given an offer to join
the SCP Foundation. He was a graduate from West Point and a current Officer in the Military which made him a prime target
for being recruited into a Mobile Task Force. And with his track of successful missions he was offered to join a newly created
Mobile Task Force called Beta-1 "Cauterizers". This Task Force was used by Site-65 to deal with heavy group of interest
activity in the area and it was comprised of roughly 20 personnel. Joseph thinks about the decision and it reminds him of
his Uncle dying. If Joseph accepts the offer his life from the real world will be gone leaving his parents behind dead almost
just like his uncle. Joseph already loved what he did so he took it further and accepted the offer. Next thing he knew he was
on a chopper out deep into Canadian Wilderness.

Operation Ghost Trail
Joseph had already been within MTF Beta-1 for a month now and after training and real field experience it was time for his
first big Operation. After a discussion an idea was formed by the Beta-1 Task Force to use a chemical known as N-HU-23X
to raid a nearby Chaos Insurgency base. N-HU-23X if drank will make a person invincible and able to phase through doors
momentarily. Site Administration however did not believe there was such a reason to raid the Chaos Insurgency and
deemed it unimportant. MTF Beta-1 looked for a reason to get Site Administration to authorize a raid. The Task Force after
laying out on surface was able to capture a lone Chaos Insurgent and bring him back to base. When they interrogated him
they it was discovered that the Chaos Insurgency base was in possession of stole Foundation documents. It was noted
during the interrogation and the Chaos Insurgent was sold back. MTF Beta-1 then went to Site Administration with this
information and a raid was authorized. MTF Beta-1 was also given authorization to sample SCPs if they needed it to make
the N-HU-23X. Once all of the N-HU-23X was gathered it was dispersed to 6 operatives inside the mission including Joseph.
The plan was to drink the N-HU-23X enter the base and run straight to the Delta Command room where the stolen files
were most likely stored. Joseph and the other operatives started making there way towards the Chaos Insurgency base
after being briefed. They gathered around the front gate as Site Administration was watching from their body cameras.
Everyone drank their N-HU-23X and ran through the doors straight into the Delta Command Office. They had not been
spotted yet and began taking all the stolen documents. When they got all documents they ran for the exit where there were
chaos insurgency that spotted them. The effect of the chemical was wearing off but they had enough time to run out
the base and out of sight of the Chaos Insurgency. The team returned to base and gathered at Site Directors officer where
they were commended for their success and administered Class A amnestics due to the stolen documents having classified
information on them. Joseph after this started to climb the ranks of MTF Beta-1 and planned on staying there for awhile.

Joseph had been in Mobile Task Force Beta-1 "Cauterizers" for a while when the Task Force was assigned a new Site Admin
He started taking a larger interest in his assigned department. MTF Beta-1 started to develop a good relationship with their
Site Admin and during low GOI activity MTF Beta-1 would escort Site Admin. After a while the MTF Beta-1 assigned Site
Admin presumed the role of Site Director. At this point MTF Beta-1 started to regularly guard Site Administration. There
was also a day a Code One Intruder Alert was active and MTF Beta-1 could be seen guarding Site Administration. The
Command team of MTF Beta-1 saw this was getting out of hand and ordered Beta-1 to stop guarding Site Administration.
Not everyone would follow this order however. Two MTF Beta-1 Operatives were guarding a Site Director when he was
having a discussion with ██-1 being guarded by two █████-1 Operatives. A scene emerged before the two and the Site
Director ordered MTF Beta-1 to kill both the █████-1 Operatives. The order was complete and the █████-1 were dead

Intelligence Agency and MTF Beta-1 Merge
Site Command after much deliberation has decided to liquidize MTF Beta-1 and the Intelligence Agency in order to create a
more efficient department. Personnel holding a position in the department or task force can transfer to this new
department or out. The new department will be called the Department of External Affairs. It will preform the job of the
Intelligence Agency and MTF Beta-1 as well plus more. Joseph rejected transferring into the department and switched to

Current Status
Joseph has started to take a role more in the General Security Department. He has been assisting in many sweeps and riots
