What Ethics Committee role are you applying for, and why:
I am applying to be an ethics committee member. I believe that becoming an ethics member is the next step within my time on the server, as I have held Jr CL4 roles, and Sr. CL4 roles, and I believe that I would fit more in ethics than any other CL5 role. So far within my time on the server, I have been under the order of the ethics committee for most of everything. As medical, it is a lot more oriented towards following the code of ethics, as each doctor has to be an ethical person or there will be issues. While on Omega-1, I helped ethics ensure that the site was following the guidelines set out by them. I believe that this is the next logical step within the server to achieve, as my experiences in the server have pushed me towards becoming an ethics member and I am applying to become an ethics member because I believe that I would be a good fit, and that all my experience has made me best suited for this job outside of Departmental leadership roles.
What makes you the best candidate for the Ethics Committee?:
I believe that I am the best candidate for the ethics committee as I have worked with the ethics committee a lot during my time within medical, and I know how they operate through my time within omega-1. I have read the code of ethics a lot during my time as medical to ensure that the department was following the correct rules, and learned it more during my time as omega-1 to ensure that the site was following the code of ethics while no members where on. I believe that I am a good candidate because I have enforced the code of ethics while I have been on omega-1, and I believe that I can help expand the code of ethics during my time as an ethics committee member.
During my time as medical I pushed to get medical sampling back heavy and was able to achieve sampling for medical, and helped with the creation of the consultant handbook, and created many projects for consultants to work on to give them more RP to do.
While as a consultant, I helped in many projects which ended up getting me a foundation service medal, due to the contributions of the various projects that I worked on within medical. I also helped re-create the medical licensing test, allowing for all the proper information to be included since the old test was missing some.
Within Omega-1, I learned a lot more about the ethics committee than I did before, and learned more about how they operate, and the importance of having them on site. This has helped me be close to ECM’s, allowing me to better understand what they do within the site, and helping them do the projects that they wanted to get done.
During my time as an ECA, I proved that I was competent in completing the tasks that ethics assigns, and was promoted to ECAC giving me more control over the other ECA’s within the task that I was assigned to as an ECA.
I believe that with all the experiences that I have had with ethics, has allowed me to understand what the ethics committee do, and ensured that I am able to perform the job that is asked of them without issue, and without to much training as I already know what they do while on site, and would be able to easily transition into a higher position.

Audit departments to ensure that they are following the code of ethics
Create orders for departments, and omega-1
Help department leaders expand their departments if they have any needs
