List all whitelisted, MTF, or CI roles that you hold or have held:
E-11 MAJ (Holding)
Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
I have never gotten a kick, ban or warn.
Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
I felt as It's my time as a combative role has finished and is time to spread my wings to something more higher. I had always been curious of how the behind the scenes of the facility ran and to work alongside those that aim to do the same with helping the Foundation to be the best that it possibly can be.
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
I believe to have good qualifications to be fitted into this role including some other points of interests that would be proven worthy to have in the Site Administration Department, this can range from:
Knowledge: Holding a CL4 position for 2+ months and have CL4+ knowledge due to certain events, alongside learning a lot about other departments such as the different MTF departments and how they run could come into use when handling an issue.
Leadership: Before the Squadron of DS (Drill Sergeant) in E-11 was disbanded, I was given the DS-1 position due to my strictness to sharpen those that were misbehaving in the regiment and to lead E-11 to be on top of their game, I believe I keep up that same professionalism across the Foundation.
Connections: Great communication skills can go a far way with dealing with situations such as conflicts and debates, having a level head when things get headed is necessary so it doesn't get blown out of proportion and become even worse.
Activity: I can be stupidly active to a point of being onsite for 5+ hours almost everyday.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
There is quite a lot that Site Administration deals with but their main priority is handling onsite operations and maintaining good health with the site, this ranges to other duties such as:
- Reviews/Interviews on Departments.
- Management of Departments.
- Assisting those with complaints.
- Acting as an Representative for site issues.
- Allowing/Denying GOC/MC&D/GOI into the Foundation.
- Authorizing Testing/Cross Testing.
- Authorizing AA for breaches.
- Authorizing Termination orders for breaches/sweeps.
Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Chapter 1 - The starting line.
Delilah Kubs was brought into the foundation as staff for the medical department, originally thought to be a month of stay to help with their shortage of staff issue but had decided after consideration of all the new acquaintances and work she had put into her current position, she signed her life away to the foundation to continue serving as a doctor and had given herself a code name of "Kuma Drop".
After some time of working full time, "Kuma Drop" had found a sub-regiment called HH-3, short for "Hippocrates’ Hammer" and after some convincing and working her courage up to become a combative unit, she had joined the ranks of HH-3 and started working hand in hand with other combative personnel with her medical perseverance.
Chapter 2 - Warming up.
After a few months of working as a HH-3 Combat Medic, "Kuma Drop" had started finding a particular group of people she often spoke to on a daily basis, this including HH-3 members and members outside of HH-3 such as members of Internal Affairs and members of E-11. "Kuma Drop" had properly found a place to call her forever home.
While on a patrol with a HH-3 member in Light Containment Zone, one of her E-11 friends that wore a pink shirt had stopped her with another E-11 dressed in all red standing shoulder to shoulder with them. The E-11 in pink had offered a tryout to Delilah and the other HH-3 member that was with her to join E-11, "Kuma Drop" first hesitated until hearing the other HH-3 member that they were interested and had caved to at least give it a go. Miraculously, both "Kuma Drop" and the HH-3 member with her had passed and had now become Privates to E-11. (Joined: 12/13/◼◼◼2)
Chapter 3 - Break!
"Kuma Drop" was struggling with the new adaption to her lifestyle, having to now face with Breached SCPs at full force while balancing her time with HH-3 and any other sorts of shenanigans Researchers had wanted to do in Heavy Containment Zone. She felt she had bitten too much off than she could chew and as of that thought, "Kuma Drop" had resigned from E-11 as a CPL after 18 days to focus on what she knew best, the Medical Department. (Departure: 12/31/◼◼◼2)
After a week from leaving E-11, "Kuma Drop" had regret, she wasn't sure if she had done the right thing, she always seems to wind up back to Checkpoint with E-11, almost like it was her new place to stay. After more consideration and her friends asking her to come back to the regiment, she had once again caved and re-did the tryout, acing the entirety of it and earning the Private rank once more. (Rejoined: 1/9/◼◼◼3)
Chapter 4 - Jog.
She settled back down quite nicely this time into her E-11 role while balancing her role in HH-3, she had set no limits for herself this time since beforehand she had stopped herself from getting higher in the ranking due to her own personal thoughts of lacking the criteria and leadership needed for the position at the time. "Kuma Drop" was sure that E-11 was her new home and was here to stay for awhile.
"Kuma Drop" 's combat was definitely not up to scratch with the rest of the units but she had tried her best with her kindness at stake for those around her for she still held on hope to continue her medical work to save as many of those she could to not suffer the same fate most do during tests and breaches.
During this time when she helping out the medical team, "Kuma Drop" and another HH-3 member while on patrol was asked to participate in training with 6 other members of the foundation, they had accepted and were walked to Light Containment Zone Non-Specialized for a spar against SCP-5151. Rules were explained that it would be a 7v1 against SCP-5151 and that they would be dueling him in groups of three, the first group being Two B-1 members and an Ambassador, the second group being two Agents and a HH-3 Medic, leaving "Kuma Drop" last to 1v1 SCP-5151. In the end to all efforts SCP-5151 had won and "Kuma Drop" had ended up injured afterwards but to award their efforts, all participating spar members were given marks on their shoulder saying "Honoris" and had been given a blood pact with those who had sparred with SCP-5151. They had sparred constantly on Tuesdays and Thursdays for a few weeks as agreed on for SCP-5151 to remain passive before SCP-5151 had disappeared from the site.
Chapter 5 - Run.
"Kuma Drop" had now become a NCO to E-11, dedicating more of her time into E-11 than HH-3 but still not abandoning her ethical ways of dealing with people. She now had new priorities and duties as an E-11 that she originally thought would be a struggle for her. Though she had a lot of ups and downs, the shenanigans that were caused daily didn't ever make her doubt herself, she had another reason to stay that had triumphed over everything.
When "Kuma Drop" was on duty, she tends to handle the more hazardous tests so she was often spotted in Biohazard Gear for most of her day to ensure that the proper procedures were being met for tests and breaches.
Chapter 6 - Sprint.
A lot of hardships of different events happened with "Kuma Drop" but she continued to persevere with a heart of pure gold for the Foundation, she did not have any goals to pursue.
"Kuma Drop" 's time in E-11 had started giving her the proper strengths she needed to start leading and to have a voice for herself, to allow her to strive higher and to be heard by those that did not before and due to this new found leadership, she had earned a new position in E-11 CO as a Lieutenant.
Chapter 7 - Bend the knees.
"Kuma Drop" had learned a lot more about the Foundation due to her new clearance, she was first afraid of this but soon settled into her new role from the help of their other E-11 CO's allowing her to understand more about what it meant to be in this position.
A particularly calm afternoon for "Kuma Drop", O-1 had approached her directly with recruiting her into O-1, she was first denying the offer but had been persuaded to at least try it for a day or two and so she did. "Kuma Drop" had spent a day as an O-1 and then had been transferred back to her original position as E-11, the reason for being: "It was not my cup of tea." (2/24/◼◼◼3)
Chapter 8 - Jump.
"Kuma Drop" had suffered from what reports from Medical Bay was deemed a schizophrenia attack, she had spoken to a physiatrist and a consultant about a sighting of an angel and sounds to be monotone for the entirely of the evaluation and her eyes appear what I can only describe as "dead" looking. Otherwise "Kuma Drop" has been doing her usual work with E-11 on keeping them in check but from further reports, "Kuma Drop" hasn't been as lively with other site personnel instead acts cold to everyone.
There had been reports of a GOI being inside the facility with a objective or should I say list, We don't have any information on them just yet but we had found a VHS playing in the Lecture Hall with the words: "KUMA AND HOTSON ARE NEXT". We will be taking this as an active threat/hit on the individual and are undergoing further investigation but we may have an idea on what might be happening.
Chapter 9 - Fly!
Haven't had many sightings of "Kuma Drop" acting out other than the odd monotone behaviour but we have seen her visiting the Site Directors Office a lot more often like she's had an interest in their work, we'll get back to you soon if we find anything else.
