Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?

I've always had a love for research since it was the first role I really had stuck to. I haven't applied for Executive Researcher before since I never felt it was the right time; however, after seeing how well the current research team is put together, I have finally decided to apply. Currently, the majority of documents that need to get signed are sample documents which are just for profit. I want to cause a change in Research and help others make more rp oriented documents rather than just making a profit.

What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?:
I have the experience and drive to make Research and it's rp better as an executive. I've been on this server for a while so I've seen what makes a good and bad Executive Researcher and the pitfalls to avoid. If I become an executive I would speak to researchers on how to improve their documents, mentor Jr. Researchers on how to maintain Ethic's while also have interesting tests, and I would be very easy to access.

How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?
I haven't written any excellent documents; however, that is not due to poor writing but rather because I don't submit my research documents. I do my documents for the rp they generate and not for the research xp or the money that come along with an excellent document.
As for what makes an excellent document, I would break it down into 3 parts.
1. Proper Grammar: If a document is not properly punctuated and lacks proper grammar, then it would make reading it a struggle which. The last thing a document should be is hard to read since no matter how good the information is, if it's difficult to get out of a document, it will not be useful.
2. Formatting: A document requires proper formatting and structure since without it, the order of information will be jumbled and it would make those reading the document struggle to understand certain parts of it, such as the reasoning or methodology.
3. Information: This is the most important part of a document. Without proper information there is no point in writing a research document since the whole point of research is to get information about SCP's. The quality of the information decides whether the document is a good or an excellent since anyone can write a document with good grammar and formatting but if it lacks information, it lacks the very essence of an excellent document.

What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:
The first and most important responsibility of an Executive is to maintain the reputation of the research department. This is done by remaining professional and enforcing punishments, such as job bans, upon RSD who are acting unprofessional or breaking the CoC/CoE. Secondly, an Executive Researcher should be inspiring rp within the department by giving advice on documents, suggesting test ideas, and just being generally involved with researchers. Third, executives should be authorizing documents and samplings for Jr. - Sr. Researchers. Lastly, Executives should attempt to maintain good relations with other departments.

Please give some lore about your Executive Researcher character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Larry Cee lived a rather ordinary life before his recruitment to the Foundation. Larry Cee was born 9/25/97 in Orlando, Florida to Mary and Carry Cee. He was raised in the Orlando area and left to obtain PhD's in Chemistry and Biology at ██. He went on to become a forensics officer at OPD and had gained a reputation for being very efficient at his job.

On █/██/20██ Larry had been called to a crime scene involving a corpse that seemed to have been attacked by a rabid animal. The person was not identifiable due to how severe the injuries sustained were. Larry had spent hours cross analyzing the wounds with other animal wounds but none seemed to match. The teeth were too big and the claws were too thick for this to have been any normal animal. During this time, Larry was also analyzing the saliva of the creature that did this, but once again, it didn't match any known animals; however, there was a strange protein found in the saliva. Due to this, he had reported this to his boss, ████ █████. Unknown to Larry, his boss was an SCP foundation implant who was there to report if anyone became aware of any anomalies. The anomaly that caused this attack was an SCP-939 instance who had escaped containment and had not eaten in days. Due to this, Larry was detained and questioned by Foundation before being offered the choice between a job or to be amnesticized. Since you are reading this, you can guess which of those he had chosen.

Larry proceeded to climb up the research chain. Starting out as a Jr. Researcher, he proceeded to do tests on anomalies in Inanimate and even 1-2 SCP 173 tests. Due to the quality of his research, he was promoted to researcher only a year after joining the foundation, and promptly started studying the SCP's in HCZ. Having done tests on 035, 9000's, and multiple other anomalies, he was once again promoted, this time to Sr. Researcher. As a Sr, Larry was briefed about certain cl4 anomalies such as 682. Due to this, he started attempting cross tests with, such as to terminate 682, see if 049 could cure 409, and some others.
