My failrp warn was for pulling out a knife after fearrp kicked in as a d-class

Why are you applying for the Chief of Security?:
I started playing on the server again in October of last year and since then I found my place in gensec. In gensec I have found that I fit in especially as I enjoy managing the chaos that comes with the job. Part of the reason I have decided to become a gensec captain was because of the place outside of rp where gensec stands as the introduction faction with new players that need guidance and a more proper introduction to the server than d-class. I believe that as a Chief I will be able to help gensec stay up to date and that I will be able to manage it effectively in anyway that I am needed.
What makes you suitable for Chief of Security?:
When it comes to gensec I have been very active more or less everyday except for the occasional LOA so I can assure you that I will have the time and will to handle whatever Chief of Security has to throw at me. This constant activity has given me a very in depth look at how gensec works, how people act in gensec, how gensec is seen by those outside of it, how hostile factions act towards gensec such as d-class and chaos, and most importantly what its problems are such as the constant desertions of dblock and how it often lacks leadership during certain points in the day. Another reason why I believe that I would be suitable for Chief is that I have the ability to keep calm and collected no matter what the situation is which I have used many times well in gensec especially as it is a introduction department and requires me to handle with both new players and minges which are both constants. It is this ability to keep calm which will allow me to handle any issues in gensec both in character and out of character. Something about me that I believe is worth mentioning is that when I find something that I care about I am willing to give it my all and as time goes on gensec becomes something I care more and more about. My final trait that makes me suitable for Chief is that I am able to adapt to my circumstances no matter what is changing.
What are the responsibilities of the Chief of Security in RP?:
To keep documents up to date
To help resolve disputes between gensec captains and other gensec
To accept new captains into the department
Maintain relations with other departments
Make sure gensec follow the rules set by the code of ethics and conduct
Organize gensec both off and on the server
To keep up to date with other departments and site admin
Make sure that all gensec feel welcome and are introduced to the server properly
Please give some lore about your Chief of Security character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Louis was born on May 29th, 1997 in Toronto Canada. He joined the Canadian military and would be sent on multiple United Nations peacekeeping missions throughout his career. After his military service came to an end he would be approached by agents of the SCP foundation who would offer him employment at Site 65 as a general security cadet and has from their progressively be moving up the ranks of gensec. During his time in gensec he has survived multiple breaches and played a part in ending many riots which had reached the point of disaster. Due to this and through his shows of competence and willingness to adapt to his situation he now finds himself in the position of chief of security.
