Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?
I would like the opportunity to return to the ISD department and continue where I had left off when I had resigned a while back. I enjoyed the position and the people, and I wish to make the same effort to make the department enjoyable that I had put in the past. This time around I intend to try and make my way to Commissioner and if I am lucky get the opportunity to become the Department Director.
What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?:
I have a plethora of experience in other leadership roles on the server as well as a good amount of time playing the server which gives me insight on what players want/expect from the many departments and MTFs on he server. I also have experience in the departments leadership sector as well giving me an advantage when coming back in and having the knowledge of the role from my past experience.
What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:
The ideal Inspector can come in many forms depending on what ISD is looking for at the time. There are inspectors that are great with court duties and interpretation the FLC, some are good at investigative work and field work, others are great on managing internal policy and managing the personnel within ISD. Overall the ideal Inspector takes a bit from each of these groups, but specializing in one specific thing. They must be able to take charge and perform all of these duties but not be experts in all of them.
How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?:
I have written documentation for specific things like operations and notable Arrest Reports, but I wouldn't say its a major strong suit for me.
What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:
Working with other Inspectors to actively coordinate all on site personnel for operations.
Assign duty tasks to investigators.
Ensure that ISD Agents/Operatives are properly trained and performing their tasks.
Use the placer tool to assist in making checkpoints.
Host lectures to other ISD personnel.
Train Agents/Operatives when requested.
Take part in CL4 Investigation Operations.
Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:
As stated previously in what would make me suitable for Inspector I have a good knowledge base of both operations on the server as well as insight in how the internal workings of ISD work.
