Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
I am applying for the position of Site Advisor because I wish to advance my 'career' on the site in a non combative, more roleplay oriented direction. I have spent a vast amount of my time on this server overall playing various roles making me well versed in the general duties of all Departments and Mobile Task Forces. Although this is a jump in the CoC from my current position of Security Captain, I do not feel that I am inadequate for this position, for my vast amount of time spent in one of the most demanding departments on site [Security] and continued dedication to it, I feel I can bring not only a unique perspective to Site Administration but a level of leadership skills unmatched by others.
I want to ultimately assist all departments by encouraging roleplay between them and strengthen their relations. I have been currently attempting to do this for the Security Department by having discussions with new players to help them learn how to roleplay properly and interact with research to benefit both departments as well as overviewing tests to assist new players.

What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
I believe I am a suitable candidate for the position of Site Advisor and a valuable asset to Site Administration due to my experience within the Security Department as a Jr CL4 and Chief of Security where under the orders of the O5 at the time, I led the restructuring of GSD as a whole in both the documentation and in game aspects with little trouble and ushered forwards the new age for my department. I personally feel that I have some of the most necessary qualities for Site Administration given the skills I have had to pick up whilst dealing with the constant barrage of Sisyphus-like struggle of cadets, trainees and Jr. Researchers within D Block. The Leadership skills I obtained are immeasurable not to mention my ability to be unphased by whatever people throw at me.
I feel that with the time and care I put into my positions on this server I would be a valuable asset to the advancement of roleplay on this server.
Also I wrote have previous SA experience, in fact it was my last cl4 position before this run with GSD.

What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
Site Advisors have multiple duties within the Site due to their high position. These duties are:
Being a role model for how roleplay should be conducted on Site
Creating RP for all people on the server
Authorising Departmental Tests / Trainings / Investigations / Activities / Documentation
Authorising GOI's access to the Site such as UNGOC and MC&D
Voting for changes and introductions of new and existing policies
Providing the assigned department with care, assistance, advice and monthly reviews.
Keeping conduct and communication on the Site to a high standard
Leading the site in all situations including emergencies
Improving relations with other departments
Improving relations with GOI's
Voting on applications that the SD works with and conducting interviews for those positions [Under SD Discretion]
Commanding the Site both during peace and emergency times and ensuring care for members of all departments.
