Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
The reason I am applying for The role of Site Advisor is due to the fact I have gone as far as i can in my current role and wish to expand in what I am able to do with helping the various departments and their leaders be the best they can be in their day to day duties and being an Overseer Assistant purely will not give me the ability to do so whereas joining the Site Admin team will allow me to aid departments like gensec and research a lot better than what I am currently Able to do.
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
What makes me suitable for Site Administration would be the fact I have been in a senior cl4/5 role before and know how the server behaves behind the scenes when it comes to what needs to be done in these roles. being the previous director of IA allowed me the unique insight of how one department can affect the relations of the other departments it is meant to work with and how to deal with any issues both inside of the server and outside to make sure everyone is left happy if a situation is to occur. on top of this due to having experience as the director of IA I had to talk to both sides of site command to settle any policy changes that would of had to occur during my tenure in IA.
Another reason I believe I would be suitable for Site Admin is the fact I used to be an ECM a cl5 role unlike Senior cl4 you had to behave differently when it came to interacting with various departments and the site as a whole usually given a set of departments to be over I would have to interact with them and answer any questions they would have in regards to ethics or any policy changes they were thinking of adding/changing on top of this each department had regular meetings that would happen usually on a Saturday I made sure to try and attend most if not all of them if possible to do so including the Senior CL4 meetings. To add onto this albeit brief I also created a sub reg in ETS to organize them which albeit again brief had caused an uptick and improvement to the ETS department.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
The responsibilities of Site Admin are as follows:
1)Managing both the improvements and negative relations between the foundation and GOC
2)Authing KOS past airlock while also authing Snipers if needed
3)Allowing GOI's onto the site
4)Enforcing the COC/COE when applicable
5)Signing off work documents
6)Making sure department relations are good with each other
7)promoting certain department members to department director for example medical
8)Approving the usage of AA
9)Approving tests
10)helping ISD to organize tribunals
