Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
I have had the goal of becoming a Site Advisor for a long time. I have always wanted to rise through the ranks in order to guide RP within the server and provide a better experience for all those who enjoy the server as I do myself. I think that I have the ability to positively affect RP at this level not just in the Foundation but in the server as a whole. I have held many various positions within the server and can guarantee that I can provide good insight and well... that I can advise the site in many matters. I can provide players with a good and active Site Advisor while generating fun and good RP for everyone. I genuinely enjoy getting to interact with players constantly and I know I have the ability to assist them
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
I believe that I have the potential and drive to perform in this role not just to standard but, above the standard. I don't believe that you could find someone with more enthusiasm and genuine work ethic to put into their role than myself. I have garnered a lot of good experience and knowledge that would, I believe, allow me to perform my duties as Site Advisor. My leadership in various roles has been exemplary and you could ask many of those would have been under my wing and that I can perform my duties with little or no direction, well. I also know that I can take any criticism well and appreciate any guidance I am given on how to genuinely perform these better. My availability doesn't leave much to be questioned either, I still have a life outside of the server but, I am semi-retired and I am able to be around often to help
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
- Ensuring adherence to the FLC, CoE, and CoC
- Assisting department leaders with leading their departments
- Authorizing sweeps of D-Block
- Authorizing raids of GOIs
- Authorizing AA when necessary
- Allowing in GOIs for assistance with breaches
- Assisting with GOI relations
- Watching over your assigned department
- Assisting with policy change in departments and assisting with the whitelisting of documents
- Authorizing passive breaches
- Both leading and assisting in RP across the Foundation
- Leading and attending meetings
- Doling out punishment to department heads when needed
- Approving D Class work permits
