--I am applying for the role of Ethics Committee Member.
What makes you the best candidate for the Ethics Committee?:
-Working closely with Committee Members as an Ethics Assistant allowed me to have a thorough understanding of the Ethics Committee's internal workings. This role has allowed me to learn about the Committee's aims, methods, and challenges.
I believe that my devotion, leadership talents, and relevant experience qualify me to have a positive impact on the Site. My experience as an Ethics Assistant and Executive Researcher has helped me improve my decision-making, conflict-resolution, and policy-enforcement abilities, all of which are necessary for effective Ethics Committee members. I can't wait to apply what I've learned to my new role and support the Site's moral beliefs.--I am applying for the role of Ethics Committee Member.
What makes you the best candidate for the Ethics Committee?:
-Working closely with Committee Members as an Ethics Assistant allowed me to have a thorough understanding of the Ethics Committee's internal workings. This role has allowed me to learn about the Committee's aims, methods, and challenges.
What are the responsibilities of the Ethics Committee in RP?:
-Investigating instances of corruption or other issues that are deemed sensitive within the Foundation.
Conducting Tribunals for CL4 if needed.
Issuing Orders to O1 and Assistants.
Initiating the Code Black in case of SCP Containment Breaches becoming out of control.
Ensuring that the Site is in proper shape
Implementing changes to the Code of Ethics.
Granting approval for AA use during breaches as needed.
Handling interactions with Groups of Interest,
Distributing instructions to O1 and Ethics Assistants.
Assisting in external relations with GOI.
Evaluating departments and conducting personnel interviews.
Addressing and resolving complaints from personnel.
Authorizing testing in cases requiring Ethics, such as SCP-008 or Termination Attempts.
Approval of Cross tests and other Research Department experiments if need be.

-Reviewing ECA Applications
Voting on applications for Ethics Committee Members
Assigning MTF Omega-1 Commanders
Taking part in meetings with Cl4/5
Handling Level 2 Demotion appeals
Going through the Do ISD applications
Please give some lore about your Ethics Committee character and what storylines they would be involved in:
After having been transferred from The German Branch of The SCP Foundation, Maxwelli sarted out as a jr researcher inside Site 65, During this time He was often exposed to the chaotic nature of D-block and the Questionable Moral of Some Gensec Staff that treated D-class unjust. He felt bad for them, being treated like less than human without any reason that other then that they were disposable and didnt matter in the longterm, This Suffering fueled Max´s sense for justice and Morality, Given him the Goal of becoming a ECA to help them. After Becoming a ECA, he focused on making sure that they were treated with respect but also now being a ECA people from diffrent departments came to them with their problems, In these interactions he would often find people actively being a threat to the Site itself, His Goal if he becomes ECM would be to make sure that even in a emergency situation that the Site would not fall into chaos and prepare it for any kind of situation,
