Why are you applying for Executive Researcher? I'm applying for Executive Research because I love the Research Department as a whole, I've only pretty much been playing Research for a bit of my One week+ in-game time, and I'm almost at Level 20 in Research from Playing alone. I also feel as if the Research Department could use some more Active Executives as 1 of our most active Executives got Promoted to Department Director recently. I also want to help people with Research a lot more than I can at the level of Senior Researcher, and Grade Documents for Researchers who are on when most Executives aren't on / busy.

What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?: I have gained a bit of knowledge on how the Department of Research should and should not be running during my time as Senior Researcher, I am knowledgeable on almost every SCP on the server and can give greater insight to other Researchers that may be lacking some knowledge on certain subjects. I am also incredibly active on the server and can respond to almost every need for an Executive Researcher and Research Department needs.

How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?
I have only one Excellent-Graded documentation at this current point and time, but I have plenty of documents and Research ideas that I believe are of excellent quality on the way, I just haven't had the chance to do the tests. I believe an Excellent document is one that is shown they put time and effort into it, having the Correct format and Every page needed, showing that you put your whole effort and heart into the document. It doesn't have to have the best grammar, just enough to not make it a pain to read, making sure everything is on the index and the page it says it's on is also a must.

What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?: The Responsibilities of an Executive Researcher are to make sure the Department is running smoothly in the absence of The Department Directors, whether that means taking responsibility for anything that happens into your own hands or hosting lectures to make sure the Research Department is up to date about their policies and procedures. You also have to make sure Research is behaving as it should, no pointless or unnecessary tests are being conducted, making sure everything is conducted as it should be. Another responsibility is approving tests that need your approval, making sure the Researcher has everything laid out in a clear and concise manner, and making sure it has the correct amount of detail it should, but that doesn't mean just telling them they do not have everything correct, you have to guide them through it, make sure they understand what they need on the document and answer any questions they may have.

Please give some lore about your Executive Researcher character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Mikey Garcia lived in an orphanage for most of his Preteen to young adult life, his parents having been killed at a young age with no reason as to how or why, he could barely even remember their faces by the time he turned 18. This led the young man to live a grim and cynical life, always having a warped and pessimistic view of things that happen. He wasn't put through the public school system when he was younger, being taught everything he knew at the orphanage he was sent to. Luckily, he was able to land a stable job as an intern for a big-time business in the area, his Orphanage Headmaster having used his connections to land him the job. Although Mikey always felt he was keener to a scientific kind of study, having been fascinated with a vague idea of a Monster in his younger years, wondering how it would behave and act if put under study. Although he always thought it was a childish dream and he would be insane to carry it into his adulthood. His internship turned into a demanding job as he was proven to be quite capable when given a task and opportunity, landing a position as the intern of the CEO of the Corporation in only 4 years, although he found himself still dreaming of his childish obsession with Creatures beyond human comprehension, this dream would soon turn into a reality on October the 19th. Sirens blared along the streets, soldiers yelling a people on the sidewalks to find a building to hide in or somewhere they couldn't see outside into. He was on his way to work this very morning, having no idea what all the fuss was about, concerned they might be under some military threat or terrorist attack. Soon his worries turned into horror when he heard a loud inhumane screeching roar, a soldier shoving him behind a car as a Giant Lizard like creature came crashing through a building, it was like something out of a horror movie, blood all over it, bones sticking out, his flesh showing as its multiple eyes fulled by hatred looked around, observing the area as it ran through another building close by, he was horrified by the sight, yet fascinated at the same time, he wasn't able to register anything else before his vision went black, after a while he awoke in a solid steel room with a glass window behind him, in came 2 men Dressed into formal attire as they sat down, opening some files. They began asking questions like, what had he seen, who he was, where he lived if he recorded anything at the time etc. He answered every question he could to the best of his ability before one of the men standing behind his interrogator spoke up. "How about working with us?" he said, "Your file has shown you have quite an impressive history, some things you might've long forgotten. Not to mention this isn't your first encounter with this Subject that you lived to tell the tale of, besides you seem quite competent." He thought for several minutes before finally managing to answer an "Yes". The two men walked out, returning 10 minutes later with a Uniform with his name on it, "Junior Researcher Mikey Garcia".
