[OOC Info]
Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
- I am applying for Site Advisor to move into a more RP focused gameplay loop and to help encourage stronger RP interactions across all departments. My time in ISD has been enjoyable; however, repeatedly arresting the same individuals has become repetitive, and I have found that I genuinely enjoy assisting departments with their internal issues, whether in documentation, procedures, or simply supporting their RP. This enjoyment, combined with my interest in improving cross department cooperation and overall RP quality, is a major factor in my desire to transition into Site Administration.
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
- I am suitable for Site Administration due to my ability to solve issues quickly and ensure that they are not forgotten, as well as keeping people updated on their status and making sure no one is left in the dark. In addition, I always maintain a diplomatic tone when dealing with other departments, allowing for healthy back and forth during discussions and preventing unnecessary conflict. I also take the time to understand how each department operates, which helps me provide support that is actually useful rather than surface level. Helping people get changes through or helping command teams deal with issues is something I have always enjoyed, no matter how small the change or issue may be. This, combined with everything above, is why I believe I would make a strong Site Advisor.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
-Oversee assigned departments
-Review documents or procedures when departments request help
-Keep department and regiment documents updated and FLC compliant
-Assist command teams when issues arise that require higher authority
-Appoint department and regiment heads, except for ISD and A O
-Assist DEA with GOI affairs and diplomacy
-Authorize actions such as AA, raids, tests, and D Block airlock KOS
-Maintain day to day operations of Site 65
-Create new site policies and ensure they are enforced
Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:
-Clearance Level Required: 4
-Accessing Personnel Profile…
-Note: Portions of this file have been automatically reformatted to match reader preference.
If information appears unfamiliar, inconsistent, or excessively flattering, report to RAISA.
-Note: The Following list has been fact checked by RAISA, and contains no known errors.
-Name: Nook 'Rocket'
-Position: Internal Security Department, Inspector
-Proposed Transfer: Site Administration, Site 65
-Record Stability Index: 47 percent (Unusually Low)
-Record Stability Index: 99 Percent (Very High)
Background Overview
-Nook 'Rocket' has served in the Internal Security Division for several operational cycles, frequently reassigned to facilities experiencing rising corruption, procedural decay, or internal misconduct. Reports from Sites 75, 28, and 113 cite his investigations as “instrumental,” “disruptive in a necessary way,” and “unexpectedly diplomatic for an ISD inspector.” However, several reports also reference the unexplained disappearance of multiple disruptive staff before formal charges could be filed. Investigations remain ongoing. Sites 75 and 113 additionally note how efficiently disruptive personnel were charged and court-martialed following his arrival, with multiple Command Teams expressing formal praise for “swift internal stabilization” during his tenure.
-
-RAISA has flagged Nook’s personnel file for recurring inconsistencies. These changes do not appear to originate from Nook, ISD, or any system administrator.
Users of SCIP.net report file wording subtly shifting depending on who accesses it. Commendations, disciplinary notes, and work history appear to rephrase themselves to align with the reader's expectations.
When questioned, Nook denies any knowledge of this effect.
-Nook’s arrival at Site 65 has brought to light many GOIs that sprung from Site 65 itself; these GOIs often involved the selling of Fent and other drugs. For this, Nook has received the Foundation Law Enforcement Medal for his actions. However, the records of this medal are not listed in SCIP.net. RAISA has stated that the medal may not exist. The medal can be viewed on SCIP.net at any time.
(You are not sure why, but you feel like you have read everything you needed to know.)
Inspector Nook does not appear to be aware of this phenomenon. When questioned, he refuses to acknowledge the effect and instead responds by questioning the interviewer’s mental health. RAISA has decided to ignore this pesky "feature" of the Inspector due to his "outstanding work" but if I'm being honest I cant even tell if they meant to say that, or if it was changed by the Inspectors effect. However, this record should be protected from his effects and will be sent out to every command member he works for.
[RAISA Agent]: Attention, command staff of Inspector Nook “Rocket.” You are hereby ordered to end any and all questions about Inspector Nook’s files and paperwork. RAISA has proven that all updates to Inspector Nook’s documentation are due to his constant eye for detail and his insistence on correct information. All is well.
