What O5 role are you applying for, and why (give the specific O5 number):
I am apply for the O5-4 position because I would like to further expand myself into foundation leadership and further myself in my capabilities within the foundation. As the Site Director I am (arguably) one of the most powerful figures on Site and already capable of many of the duties expected of an O5 member aside from Site Command specific duties and tasks, as the head member of Site Administration I am able to try to push out reasonable changes quickly, assuring progression and somewhat stability and would love the ability to work alongside the council to make sure council decisions are done efficiently in a timely manner. Another reason I would like to apply for O5 is so that I am able to remain an advocate for members of Site, in my entire time as Site Administration I have always tried to prioritize doing what was right for the masses, rather than concerned with my own personal opinion or that of my friends, and would like to continue to advocate from within the council. I have seen what good leadership is able to do and would like to be part of that, at the highest level, not just to lead but to serve.
What makes you the best candidate for the O5 Council?:
I think that what makes me a well-suited candidate for the O5 council due to current experience as the Site Director dealing with a plethora of foundation issues and diplomacies on a very grand scale, spending a majority of my time revising and authorizing changes as well as offering a guiding hand through challenges. I have spent a while in Site Administration as well as in the Site Director position and I believe I have the best comprehension of expectations throughout the ranks, applicable problem solving skills to assist with foundation situations, and prioritize the general mass, which I believe could make ideal qualities of a Site Command member. Another quality I believe will make me a good fit for the council is Roleplay creation, I believe I have showcased my ability to create fun and enjoyable roleplay situations that do not cause detriment to the foundation and the ability to know when to focus my attentions on problems directly impacting foundation health.
