An envelope is handed into the reception desk on the third floor of Site-65. Its marked with Rose having exactly seven thorns. Upon the front you can read "Mora's Interest Form as an Assistant to Site Inspection." as well as the SCiP.net email belonging to Arikel A. Mora.
Should any Council members find themselves opening the envelope they will find an audio recording as well as a transcribed version.
Mora's voice can be heard in the recording, "Begin Application number one. The date is : June Twenty-Seventh, [REDACTED]." The year is distorted beyond understanding, "This is Arikel A. Mora, thank you Overseers for taking the time to listen."

What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
- "Even prior to my elevation to the Board of Executives within the Department of Research, I had taken the time to learn our Code of Conduct as well as our Code of Ethics. That would naturally include the Legal Codex. From the day I first stepped foot onto Site-65 I ensured that I followed each policy from the various Departments. Since my promotion I have been able to learn how to lead groups of individuals and provide opportunities for Junior personnel to learn and grow as not only Researchers, but as an individual within the SCP Foundation. I maintain a serious demeanor across the site, while knowing when it is appropriate to lighten the mood. The interactions with other Departments required from the Research Department has allowed me to understand their needs and wants as well."
What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
- "Your assistants act as more public representatives of the Council and your personal Mobile Task Force unit: Alpha-1 and are the first point of interaction with the Council for personnel. They carry out any and all orders received from you to the absolute best of their ability. The assistants are expected to maintain a professional manner while being able to remain approachable by Junior and Senior personnel alike. The Code of Conduct and Foundation Legal Codex are to be enforced at all times. They may monitor certain Departments and provide projects for them to work on and prove their proficiency. Advanced Armory usage is to be monitored when authorized to be used during containment breaches."
Why do you wish to become an Overseer Assistant?:
- "I seek to work with the Council in ensuring that the Foundation prospers in it's endeavors. Becoming one of your assistants would allow me to expand my knowledge and understanding of the Foundation beyond the perspective of the Research Department. The opportunities that come with the assignment are great and beyond the scope of what I currently have access to. My knowledge and skills will become fully available to members of the Overseer Council as well as Mobile Task Force Alpha-1."

Mora is an Anthropologist and Theologian having roots within the Serpents Hand. After being administered small doses of Class E and Class F Amnestics he was brought into Site-65's Department of Research. From there he was able to prove himself as a researcher and rise to the rank of Executive Researcher. In his spare time he had began studying medicine and has earned his medical liscence within Site-65 though is only able to utilize the liscence when adopting the role of a Doctor.
Mora shows an interest into any man-made anomaly as well as anomalies holding some religious signifigance. Additionally he has a fascination with various religions, mundane or anomalous.
