The pac stuff was for "unrealism" due to a glitch with how I had set up a bind and a wheelchair pac, which, while not allowed, was not mentioned in the Pac3 rules at the time. The rest of these were for very unserious things that happened while I was still getting used to the server and its quirks.
Why are you applying for Medical Consultant?
To help conduct clearance-restricted medical procedures with higher efficiency and to better assist the medical wing as a whole.
What makes you suitable for Medical Consultant?:
I have been a larger part of medical than any other wing and have performed exceptionally within any project and procedure I've been a part of.
Please explain an in-game medical procedure of your choice:
SCP Wellfare Evaluations seems to be my specialty so far, so I'll do my best to speak on that. So far, I've completed 7 of these for a project, and they seem to have come out acceptable according to the other consultants who have seen them.

SCP Welfare Evaluations are an essential procedure in assuring sentient SCPs are being treated with the proper level of care and respect. The ever-important Code of Ethics doesn't exclude SCPs, and any living sentient creature should be treated under these guidelines. The SCP Welfare Evaluation is used to properly ascertain the quality of life the SCPs within Foundation care are receiving. This is done by evaluating the general upkeep of the containment chamber and procedures, as well as evaluating the SCP's own state of mind. The procedure is performed in the following steps:

Step 1: You must determine the SCP you will be evaluating. There's no point in evaluating an SCP that has no sense of self or sentience. You should also avoid performing evaluations on SCPs that have been checked recently, as this could be seen as overbearing or repetitive to certain SCPs, as well as dangerous to the containment of others. With repetition comes exposure, affording the SCP more opportunities to escape with each visit.
Step 2: Fill out the peripheral information within the document ahead of time, eg: SCP designation and clearance.
Step 3: Make your way to the SCP containment chamber. If it is in a higher clearance area than you are allowed, ensure you have the proper clearance escort before leaving to perform the evaluation. Once you have the template filled out and proper clearance attained, you may approach the SCP's containment chamber area.
Step 4: DO NOT approach the SCP itself. Keep a safe distance where only communication is possible. Most sentient SCPs are very dangerous and can seriously wound you or others around you. Even if they seem friendly, some SCPs you are conducting a psychological evaluation on have a long history of violence. Asking them the questions in the evaluation template can quickly turn the dangerous individuals angry or hostile.
Step 5: Once you have arrived at the containment chamber, establish communication with the SCP. Inform them of the procedure that is about to take place and ask them if they have any questions or concerns. From this step forward, communicate to the SCP what it is you are looking for, even if they don't need to answer a particular question. They live within the chamber you are inspecting and use the body you are examining every day and with the distance you must keep, they may know about a pain or irritant that you might miss.
Step 6: Examine (from a distance) the containment chambers while it is in effect. Inspect them for any unnecessary irritants or wear and tear. If the containment chamber is being neglected, so is the SCP inside.
Step 7: Examine the SCP itself, following the questions within the physical examination section of the template. Make sure to carefully consider anything that looks out of place on the SCP's form or body.
Step 8: This is when the psychological evaluation will start. Follow the questions within the template as you speak to the SCP. Do your best to listen to everything the SCP talks about and make note of anything concerning that is brought up. Its also recommended to clarify each question with a couple alternatives so the SCP can better understand, and in turn, better answer each query.
Step 9: Once you are done with the questioning and have reached the extra notes section, ask the SCP if they have any closing remarks or concerns not touched on within the evaluation.
Step 10: This would conclude the evaluation itself. Find a safe place to write and begin reviewing your notes. Use this time to write a full conclusion and recommendation on the next steps towards a better state of being for both the SCP and the Foundation it resides in.
What are the responsibilities of the Medical Consultant in RP?:
Medical consultants are the main protection against unethical malpractice and the main source of new personnel within the medical department. They are responsible for training new personnel, advising on medical procedures they and their colleagues perform, and generally keeping medbay whole and ethical. They are also responsible for most, if not all, projects that the medical wing takes on, keeping those projects up to date and filled out. Without consultants, medbay would be more like a chop shop corner clinic, instead of the robust medical facility it is today.
Please give some lore about your Medical Consultant character and what storylines they would be involved in:
The John Schnatter, aka Papa John, that you know is not the same John in this world. Sure, he still started in a little town in Indiana with his father's tavern. Sure, it was a nice little small-town bar that was the talk of the town among locals. That is, until the Foundation got involved. His father was in his office that night, counting the registers and closing up shop. He was in the kitchen, cleaning up flour from a busy day. He was rushing to leave, late for his night class at college. He wanted to go into nursing in case his pizza stuff went under. The faint sound of fireworks begins to ring out. It wasn't even July, he thought. It was August. The Foundation had been planning some joint operation. It had gone terribly wrong. The windows shatter and lead wizzes by his head before the entire front of the store is destroyed by what looks like a man, but something was off. John only caught a glimpse before the ceiling came down around him. He came to, on the floor. The gunfire was nearly silent, past ringing in his ears. Then he saw IT. He found out its name much later, SCP-082. It lunged at the parking lot, surrounded by an army of containment specialists.. The screaming started as SCP-082 thrashed around the battlements. John had to move. He wormed his way from the wreckage and grabbed the emergency medkit from the only still-standing wall of his kitchen. Staying out of sight, he patched up and dragged anyone still moaning or screaming from the chaos into alleys or under rocks, keeping careful note of where they were so he could bring them back out when all was well. Some of the Foundations' people took notice and sent some of their medics to help with the efforts. What felt like hours was over in only a few minutes, and suddenly the gunfire stopped. More Foundation medical personnel began to help, but with John's help, many more would have died. After the dust had settled and the wounded patched, he was offered a job. He wasn't hailed as the best, but he had the guts and talent to be of use with proper training. John said he had to think about it, but deep down, he would never get an experience like that again. He joined Site-81 as it was the closest at the time, but after a while, his skills were needed elsewhere, so he was transferred to Site-65, where he resides now.
