- Just 1 for NLR on Sept 2nd, 2024. I had accidentally NLRed based on some issues with lag and whatnot.
Why are you applying for Security Captain?
- I wish to further my career and GSD; I've been a Sergeant since December of last year. I have actually enjoyed being a SGT and wish to continue my journey.
What makes you suitable for Security Captain?:
- I have organized multiple sweeps whenever there has not been a CPT present, and even then, I ask for permission to take the lead in order to show I'm able and willing to perform those duties. GSD has been my #1 goal ever since I joined the server. I'm decently active, 100% able to complete quota, and give excess time to the GSD. I've given command to a couple of officers while on-site, and no CPTs are on, while none have shown above and beyond commanding, they have been placed on my personal radar.
What are the responsibilities of the Security Captain in RP?:
- Hosting RRT and HWL trainings.
- Delegating orders to SGTs and below when needed.
- Ensuring D-Block is secure.
- Ensuring GSD is performing up to standards.
Please give some lore about your Security Captain character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Captain Phil 'Quarzi' Adams is a veteran member of GENSEC. He climbed the ranks thanks to his solid leadership and strong commitment to his team. Before this, he was a police officer in a busy city but joined the Foundation after a close call with a massive containment breach in his hometown. Quarzi is known for being straightforward and having a good instinct for situations. He has created demanding and rigorous training programs that have helped make his security team much more ready for what they face on a daily basis. Over the years, he’s dealt with all kinds of anomalies and D-Class Personnel, strengthening his desire to keep his team and the world safe. But as he thinks about the moral side of his job, Quarzi often finds himself struggling with the heavy weight of making sure things stay secure while understanding the risks that the anomalies might pose to everything he cares about.
