Why are you applying for Site Advisor?:
I am applying for the position of Site Advisor to use my experiences that I gathered throughout my tenure as a Director of Research to help the Site as a whole. I would like to use that experience to assist in solving the issues, increase communications between departments while finding common grounds between them and help others whenever possible. With the role of Site Advisor, I would be able to extend all this outside of the Research Department to the rest of the Site with the intent of benefitting it whenever possible.
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
During my time as one of the Director of Research of 5 months now, I believe I have demonstrated qualities which would be beneficial to the site. One of my biggest strengths would be cooperation as I always talk to people involved in either the decision or the consequences of this decision before making it to assess different points of view and take them into account. In addition, I try to help others whenever and however I can at any time and work on solutions with everyone involved. When it comes to my leadership, I would describe myself as unbiased and solution-orientated while keeping it enjoyable for everyone. Punishment is something I rarely had to carry out but still did without any bias regardless of who had received it and my personal view on them.
As one of the Director of Research, I have encouraged and created roleplay for Research numerous times through projects, tests and meetings with other departments or Group of Interests. In my view, I excel in the administrative side like policy-making or document work which is something I enjoy doing. I have built connections with many personnel on-site which always is a good thing especially when it comes to communication, getting new opinions and point of views to settle for an option which aids everybody in the end.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
Site Administration is responsible for multiple things on-site. Primarily, they are tasked with management over the entire site from which they choose every department leader (besides ISD) and MTF COM (except A/O) while ensuring they perform their tasks in an efficient way. Members of Site Administration also assist departments and MTF units on-site in their issues and resolve them together. They also manage inter-departmental relations and step in if relations are falling apart, acting as a liaison between them. Relations with other Group of Interests are managed in cooperation with DEA. SA is also responsible for maintaining most of the active site policies and documents and can authorize the use of AA, GoIs on-site, raids on other GoIs, D-Block sweeps and passive breaches for example.
