No but according to rules SCP-096 is unable to speak. I could look into a soundboard for 096's crying but I'm pretty sure that's already an ingame feature.

What makes you suitable for SCP-096?:
I understand how SCP-096 is meant to be played, and understand why it is a whitelisted role. If anyone was able to become SCP-096, then there would be people who purposefully try to get their face seen. In addition to this I believe I understand the rules well enough to understand what is and what isn't allowed, especially with what I'm allowed to do as well as what I'm not allowed to do as SCP-096.
What is the usual behaviour of SCP-096 when pacified?:
While pacified, SCP-096 can be observed sitting on the floor in a corner crying, trying to hide his face. If left undisturbed SCP-096 also tends to wander around and roam.
When breached, where is SCP-096 allowed to go? Can SCP-096 beeline straight to D-Block?:
SCP-096 is only allowed to go where the instance of SCP-096-2 is located, and must take the shortest route possible to get there. SCP-096 may only enter D-Block if the instance of SCP-096-2 is located within D-Block
How is SCP-096 re-contained? Please describe all steps of the process:
1. SCP-096 cannot be re-contained while an instance of SCP-096-2 is still alive.
2. While SCP-096 is in rage, a bucket can be placed on his head in order to prevent more instances of SCP-096-2 from being created. This should be done by someone with scramble goggles so his face is not seen by the person containing him.
3. If SCP-096's face was seen by someone from a picture, that picture must be destroyed ASAP, preferably by someone wearing scramble goggles or a person who has already seen his face.
4. Once SCP-096 has killed all instances of SCP-096-2, he can be beamed and cuffed and dragged back to his containment cell.
5. While SCP-096 is being brought back to containment, all personnel re-containing him must be wearing scramble goggles and spare buckets should be on standby, as the bucket can fall off or be broken.
