What is the usual behaviour of SCP-096 when pacified?: To weep and slowly walk around.

When breached, where is SCP-096 allowed to go? Can SCP-096 beeline straight to D-Block?: No, 096 has to directly head to the target who has looked at him and chase them until death. Once the target(s) are dead 096 will return to a docile state until looked at again.

How is SCP-096 re-contained? Please describe all steps of the process:
1) All personal stopping the breach must head over to his containment and get a pair of scramblers which give a chance for 096 to not get aggravated.
2) Locate 096 and put the bucket prop on his head.
3) Located the person(s) who has looked at 096 and terminate them which calms 096.
4) While the bucket is on his head block doorways leaving a path only back to his containment making sure all personal who is not involved is out of the way and avoids 096.
