Held: MTF Nu-7 SPC, Intel Agent, CI-A, MTF Alpha-1 Commander.

Holding: O5-3

-
Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:

I have received 1 warning for hitbox abuse because I accidently crouch jumped in combat on MC&D
-
What makes you suitable for SCP-096?:

I believe I have the general experience to apply for this whitelist at this point, and would like to start playing SCPs more, not much else.
-
What is the usual behaviour of SCP-096 when pacified?:

He is to remain seated for a certain period of time (unless someone sees his face). He is allowed to slowly roam after the time has passed or go on a rampage if someone sees his face.
-
When breached, where is SCP-096 allowed to go? Can SCP-096 beeline straight to D-Block?:

096 is allowed to go anywhere he has a target, whoever has seen his face he is allowed to go straight for. If someone has seen his face and is in d-block, then yes, however if not, then no.
-
How is SCP-096 re-contained? Please describe all steps of the process:

Grab Containment Beams, Buckets, and Scrambles. Proceed to find 096 and attempt to hasten his pacified state by putting a bucket over his head or finding his targets and "handiling them". After he is pacified and has a bucket on his head, Beam him and cuff him. He can take the bucket off after a certain period of time so have another bucket prepared. Take him back to his cell and put him inside it and have someone else cycle the airlock.
