Just recently bought PAC3 Access, a little after i made this outfit i was told that i have to make a request for it to be approved, so here i am.
This post is not satirical, i think with how 2295 is presented, this outfit would fit perfectly, and for the time that i have ran around with it many people thought it was adorable aswell.

The Lore (Not really cannon cannon but its fun!):
SCP-2295 (Mr. Cuddles) has the ability to "heal" others by stitching them up and adding patches that resemble organs that they are missing, that mystically count as a working organ itself.
Cuddles was happy with his job making others feel better and recover them quickly by stitching their wounds. Although, he started to think, how else could he help the people who have housed him in other ways, other than healing? Cuddles knew, that he cannot communicate with humans, he's missing the ability to speak, and because of his stubby hands he cannot write. So he started to experiment.
Cuddles made a patch resembling vocal cords, and sewed it on the right side of his neck. He cut, resew, and patched his mouth so that he form coherent words. And here it was, he could speak.
The first thing Cuddles did was come up to one of the leading roles of security, and asked if he could join their ranks. Nobody knows if it was because of the shock that Cuddles could speak, his cuteness, or both, but he was instantly accepted.
Cuddles was fitted with a small hand made vest that he made himself, with "GENSEC" written in front, a cap and sunglasses. Later on he saw one of the security personnel running by blazingly fast, in their sick, red Nike shoes. Cuddles asked and begged to be given one of these pairs, and that request was accepted, of course, in baby size.
After many days assisting the security in their tasks, escorting researchers, and other many grueling things, Cuddles was promoted from Jr-Cadet to Cadet, and was given a work-in-progress toy gun that shoots marshmallows respectively.

It also has the ability to aim the gun with a keybind and shoot it aswell, making a silent gunshot sounds with an effect.
