Why are you applying for Security Captain?
Helping Out: The main goal for a Security Captain is to be a sort of role model in the D-block. Showing Cadets and officers alike how to maintain and properly control the D-block, as of the newest rules to Gensec as a whole, Captains have a lot more freedom when it comes to defending the site. Captains can now help patrols over LCZ and PW to make sure no CI break in or D-class escape far from d-block and overall adding to the general Security of the foundation.
Good Experience: as many people do, we all started off as a cadet in D-block helping and escorting researchers do test, and while most people branch off and never get back on Gensec, i believe that being on gensec even just for an hour or 2 is healthy for the foundation and RP in general, giving D-class something to do and researchers to conduct test. With previous CL4 combative experience i understand what comes first in the D-block and Gensec as a whole.
Providing something: Gensec is normally looked down upon by the MTF forces and other departments within the foundation due to the fact a lot of Gensec are normally fresh new players, with some older players thrown in there. With the additions of the SGT role a lot more Gensec are beginning to show the power of gensec and it's overall greatness within the scope of the foundation, something captains will enforce as well as the new Sergeants.
What makes you suitable for Security Captain?:
CL4 life's: My time on the server was a bit spiritic for a moment trying to figure out where i wanted to be, but during that time i landed into a CL4 leadership spot within DEA. I spent my time helping out Agents by teaching them how to fight, follow the rules and overall give them the sense that what there are doing is helping out and making us look good. that kind of leader that treats everyone fair and equal is one that truly cares about his job and helping others out. My other life is more of a passive life, OSA helps the overseers in anyway they can provided they actually wanted to help out.
Leadership: I've been playing Gmod for the past 8 years, most of it on RP servers. I've landed in a few other leadership positions on many servers and over the years i've gathered enough leadership skills to help anyone that is under me, My time as a commander of a battalion i've treated everyone with respect because at the end of the day, were all just trying to have fun in our own ways.
What are the responsibilities of the Security Captain in RP?:
With the addition of the Sargent Whitelist the Captains Responsibilities have broaden as more overall security leader of the foundation. A few things the captain is responsible for are:
-Maintaining and securing D-block
-Provide patrol within PW wing and LCZ
-Host Tryouts for RR and HVY weapons
-be a middle man for the Chief of Security and handle reports
-Provide punishment when required
-Ensure all Gensec are following the rules
-Helping new and old Gensec members
-Authorize Sweeps if a SGT isn't on to do so
Please give some lore about your Security Captain character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Ronnie "Gensecus" Monguiloo was just an ordinary Officer, until the GREAT NEETWAK LEESHIP said "comme forth, young one.... for your time is just beginning" as Neetwak holds out there hand Ronnie grabs it and get thrown into the g-space... a place between time and space within the Gmod servers. thrown into the place known as Ceevil Neetwok he was confused. wearing a blue uniform he had one and only one goal.... Defend his people from the orange folk..
