Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?
I've very much enjoyed my time so far in ISD and wish to continue moving forward with it. Inspector allows me to do more both within the Internal Security department as well as assisting members of other departments. It would allow for me to more freely pursue the interests of ISD with both our more standard duties and investigations while also granting a greater ability to enable other members of the department.
What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?:
I understand that while it's our job to uphold the laws of the foundation it's also a game. Sometimes the best resolution is to RP alternative solutions such as community service, forced apology, or walk of shame. Detaining and arresting people is good but at times it's just a pause on RP for more than just the arrested party which can lead to a negative experience. I also already do my best to assist all that I can with what I can. I Help show the new ISD around and answer questions on how things work. Help other department members understand what it is we do and why. aka what is and is not a crime. I'm not perfect but I do the best I can.
What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:
Someone who upholds the identity of ISD while allowing for constructive and enjoyable RP. It's ISD's job to uphold the laws and codes of the foundation but sometimes need to take a step back to allow for and encourage RP. There are time when a straight Cuff and leave is good and others where
How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?:
I've written One major RP document. It was an investigation report paired with an autopsy report after finding a dead MTF in the hallway. As needed of a doc of this nature all information pertaining to the scene of the incident was recorded as was all information gathered at the scene As well as most basic info gathered from the Autopsy team. Reports filed and stored. Possible similar cases could occur.
This is the only time I was in a position to write any kind of Major RP document. I'm not opposed to writing more.
What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:
Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:
I believe I have demonstrated my capability for leadership within the ability I am currently able. I take time to direct and assist newer members of ISD in both questions and with something to do. I often take them with me as I go about my day doing patrols or investigations or whatever I currently have going on.

After file review they was contacted about a job interview. Meeting arranged at local Offices. Showed interest in working in a Unique environment. Was given 1 week to pack and arrange anything before shipping out for an "International Post". Was then sent to Site-[Redacted] for basic training and on boarding. Was found there to have an eye for details and a good grasp of the duties of coworkers. After [redacted] they were moved to Site-[Redacted] and enrolled into the Internal Investigation department. After [Redacted] they could not return to work and were temporally reassigned to an Office in Toronto to work in the filing department. Finally reassigned to Site-65 due to [Redacted] and continues to serve the foundation there to this day.
Major Incidents:
Found a cold corpse with fresh blood and personal file missing data.
Interviewed SCP-076 Able - Resulting in advocating for a more comfortable bed.

Assisted in tracking of rat/giant rat. And Elimination of giant Rat on order of [Redacted]
Ongoing support of D-Class Ethical training and rights.
