Why are you applying for Special Agent?
- I am applying for Special Agent in the Department of External Affairs for a couple of reasons. The first reason is ensure that Department of External Affairs is restored to its former glory. I vividly remember when Department of External Affairs came out, everyone wanted to join up and it was by far the most active department I have ever seen. However, in the modern day, it is a mere echo of its prime as the department is struggling to survive with activity logs quota being increased and a massive roster purge. Half of the time, DEA nowadays are random Agents and operatives doing nothing but assist Nu7 in surface operations since there is no DEA leadership present to guide the new recruits. If I was given the opportunity to become Special Agent, I would set an example for new Agents and operatives on how they would perform their duties while ensuring DEA has complete dominance over all matters related to surface. The second reason is to create more roleplay opportunities for other GOIs. Every time I flag on DEA, I always seen an MC&D asking for a permit to enter the SCP foundation and GOC asking to enter to test on SCPs. The problem with these situation is you have to be Special Agent+ in DEA to allow GOIs within the facility so majority of the time I would be the only DEA available and I would have to deny the GOIs entry into the site, stripping away their roleplay capability. If I was given the opportunity to become Special Agent, not only I'll be giving roleplay opportunities to GOIs who enter the facility, but I will be giving roleplay opportunities to other DEA personnel to perform their core duties. The third reason I wish to receive special agent is to ensure priority negotiation and GOI relations stays within External Affairs. Since DEA has been fairly inactive, most of the responsibilities that DEA is in control of has been handed over to MTF Nu7. For example, during my time within the DEA, I have seen majority of hostage negotiation being dealt with by Nu7 because there is no Special Agents available and Agents/Operatives don't even know how to negotiation. As a result, DEA Agents/Operatives don't even both with negotiating with CI which effectively fails the purpose of what it means to be a DEA Agent. If I was given the opportunity to become a Special Agent, I will ensure that DEA personnel will be prepared in their core duties and to ensure that we will be the best at it.
What makes you suitable for Special Agent?:
- I believe that I'm suitable for Special Agent for a couple of reasons. First, I have immense experience with CI, GOC, and essentially most positions the server has to offer. When it comes to CI, I held Gamma rank which is an NCO rank while I held GOC LT, so I'm fairly experienced in how each Group of Interest operates and functions. As a Special Agent for the Department of External Affairs, you have to be fairly well versed in any and all external threats in order to be effective at the role itself. Second, I have immense experience in covert operations and spy rp during my tenure in Garry's Mod. At this current point, I have 12,461.1 hours in Gmod and the majority of that time has been spent on Roleplay servers like Civil Networks. As a result, I know how to conduct myself during roleplay situations and when it comes to spy rp like external affairs, you have to ensure you cover isn't blown, you can play a part in acting, you can lie, manipulate, steal, and any roleplay angle you have that works to one's advantage. As a Special Agent, roleplay is an essential part of the job and one must be able to conduct/perform it efficiently.
How many documents have you written? What makes a document good?:
- I have made one Intelligence report during my tenure in DEA which was on a CI Tribunal. Essentially, CI was doing a tribunal on a civilian who committed the crimes of assault and medical malpractice. I gave the summary, date and time, relevant people, evidence, etc. I think what makes a document good is the structure and organization to a document. You can write the best detail document with the best grammar and insights but if the information is all over the place and there is no cohesive narrative to said document, the audience does not want to read it. It is essentially that once you have information for a document, you structure it in a way that it makes it simple and straightforward for the audience to easily retain the said information.
What are the responsibilities of the Special Agent in RP?:
- Per the DEA Handbook and experience while serving in the Department, Special Agents are the first "officer" rank within the Department of External Affairs. They ensure all the new recruits within the DEA perform their functions and duties well and reprimand individuals if they violate DEA rules and procedures. Furthermore, they are the first line of contact when it comes to handling GOI relations. Whether its giving an MC&D a permit, authorizing GOC to enter site, or conducting hostage negotiations with the Chaos Insurgency, Special Agents ensure GOI relations go smoothly. Special Agents also assist External Affairs Managers and Directors with their responsibilities and duties to the Department of External Affairs. Finally, Special Agents are able to authorize raids and Infiltration missions within GOI bases when situation calls for it.

Stefan Rigatoni was born in the heart of Little Italy in New York City. Exposed to the lives of La Cosa Nostra, Stefan Rigatoni has witness the cruelty of violence and horrors of the Italian Mob that he becomes numb to it. As a result, Stefan was proposed into that life and worked his way up as a Captain in the Rigatoni family which comes after his father, Stephen Rigatoni. Throughout his life as a wise guy, he has conduct ruthless beatings, taken out hits against enemies of the family, and committed atrocities that one should never commit in their lives. However, fate has caught up to Stefan Rigatoni as the FBI arrested him on several counts of murder charges that will likely lead to a death sentence. Believing that all hope was lost, he was contacted by the SCP Foundation and was offered a choice: Die in Prison or join our cause. Stefan Rigatoni chose the latter and join the Department of External Affairs due to his prior experience as a Mafia Captain.
