Character name(s): Steven ‘Sticks’
Civilian name: Frank Eisenacher
What server are you applying for? (SCP-RP UK or SCP-RP USA): SCP-RP USA
Do you have a mic?:
Yes

MTF E-11 Captain, DEA Senior Agent, GSD Sergeant, SCP-096
Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
Yes, two warns for RDM
What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
I do not think I am the best candidate for OSA, I am sure that if others on the server wanted the position, they would be more suited for it. However, I do know that I am extremely capable of fulfilling the responsibilities of an OSA and would be a beneficial addition to the O5’s roster. During my time on the server, I have been almost exclusively focused on the combative side of operations. Due to this, the majority of my achievements and skills revolve around actual in-the-moment situations. I do not have a 19-page research document that I could definitively show you how good of a researcher or writer I am. What I do have are exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. One of the few writeable achievements that I have pertains to one of E-11's previous subregiments, Guardians. While it was short-lived as it was removed by Server Leadership about 1.5 weeks after it was approved, I was the main guy in charge, and I, along with E-11 Command, established the framework and guidelines to make GRD run smoothly. I have an extremely high work ethic, and if given a task to complete, will guarantee that it will be completed. I am very well-versed in the site’s policies, I am extremely active, and I am familiar with most ongoings through the site. I would like to be given the opportunity to prove myself as a beneficial addition to the Assistant team, and I know that the Council would not regret appointing me to the position.
What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
Overseer assistants serve as the eyes and ears of the O5 Council. They are the most accessible and forward-facing arm of the Council. As such, they are tasked with numerous responsibilities such as completing O5 orders, keeping the Council “in the loop” with happenings around the site, and enforcement of the Code of Conduct. They also hold permissions to authorize Advanced Armory, sign documents, authorize KOS past airlock, and sign work permits.
Why do you wish to become an Overseer Assistant?:
I almost exclusively play within my E-11 role, and frankly, it is getting repetitive. While I enjoy performing my duties, they are not something that keep me constantly fulfilled and enjoying myself on the server. Many times, I will find myself either the lone E-11 on site or perhaps one or two more. Due to this, I find that a lot of my time is spent standing around doing nothing (checkpoint simulator). I find it difficult to create meaningful RP that I enjoy within other non-combative roles, such as research and medical, as the player base tends to focus more on action than simple roleplay. I would like to find myself in a role that I can constantly create something with, and I believe that OSA would fill that role for me.
Please give some lore about your Overseer Assistant character and what storylines they would be involved in: Discord name: st.ix

Biography:
According to the United States Government, Corporal Steven Carter is dead. Carter was last seen on 09-24-████. The arrest warrant issued by the International Criminal Court was rescinded, and Carter was posthumously dishonorably discharged from service.
According to ICC records, Carter is accused of ██████ ███ ███ ██ █ ██████ ████ and ███████ ███ ██████ █████ ████████ ███ █████ ████ in the village of ███████,█████. For obvious reasons, Carter was declared a war criminal and sought to answer for his charges in the International Criminal Court.
Recruitment:
Steven ‘Sticks’ Carter was recruited by the S.C.P. Foundation shortly after his actions in █████ were leaked to the press.
Carter was found by the foundation during a seemingly routine Anomaly Recovery Attempt. Reports were received of a child possessing the ability to manipulate the reality around them in the city of █████, and Mobile Task Force Operatives were dispatched to investigate and recover the anomaly. Upon arrival, it was determined that the anomalous child was merely used as bait to lure Foundation personnel to the area.
Unbeknownst to the arriving Mobile Task Force, the city had been converted into a quasi-stronghold run by the Chaos Insurgency. Once gunfire had broken out, Carter believed his location had been discovered and that the approaching force was moving in to capture him. Due to this, Carter, still equipped with most of his military equipment, took up arms against anyone he believed to be an aggressor towards him in an attempt to escape. Rough estimates determined that Carter had terminated at least 9 Chaos Insurgents and ██ Foundation Operatives.
Shortly after the siege of █████, Carter was apprehended attempting to flee from the area. Due to his military bearing and proximity to the Insurgency stronghold, Carter was initially treated as a kidnapped Insurgent and interrogated as much. After weeks of enhanced interrogation and sitting in solitary, the following interview was recorded.
Agent █████: Good news.
*8 second lapse of dialogue*
Agent █████: We believe you.
*12 second lapse of dialogue*
Agent █████: I’m serious. We did some digging and found out all about who you are. We also found out all about who wants to know where you are.
Carter: So now what? I answer for what I’ve done? I’d rather you’d just shot me in the head in that field.
Agent █████: I don’t think you understand where you are.
Carter: You’re with the Court, aren’t you? Nuremberg or some shit? Tracked me down after █████. I’ll admit, you were a lot quicker than I thought you’d be.
Agent █████: No, Steven. You do not know anything about us. Frankly, the majority of the world could not even comprehend the existence of our organization. We are with no court, we are associated with no government, and after your recent performance? We don't care about any of that.
Carter: I don’t understand.
Agent █████: Most never will. All that matters is that this is your second chance. All I need to know is that you’ll align with our values.
Carter: I don’t want to run anymore. Tell me what you need.
Placement into Epsilon-11
Immediately following Carter’s recruitment to the Foundation, screening was conducted to find a proper fit. Among the top results, one shined above the rest.
Stationed at Site-65, Mobile Task Force Epsilon-11 ‘Nine-Tailed Fox’ was designated as Carter’s destination. Specializing in the containment of some of the Foundation’s highest-priority anomalies, initial reports showed that Carter was excelling in his new position. Promotion requests for Carter flooded Site Director █████’s inbox, and since he had personally noticed Carter’s work, he had no reason to decline the requests.
Eventually, the request for Clearance elevation arrived. Epsilon-11’s Commander had personally signed off on the request to set Carter to a Clearance Level 4 position at the rank of Lieutenant. Site Director █████ had seen the initial reports when the assignment paperwork came in, and he was appalled that the Foundation had shown such disregard to what Carter had done. Setting his morals and everything he stood for aside, Site Director █████ could not help but admit that Carter had been an excellent addition. Almost disgustedly, the Site Director signed along the dotted line that gave Carter access to some of the most privileged information in the world.

Subject: Elevation Request
To Whom It May Concern,
I would like to formally submit my application for a position within the offices of Site Inspection. I believe that Site Inspection would benefit from having someone of my skillset added to their repertoire. I’m sure you have already, but in case you haven't, read my file. Since the day I was given this second chance, I have been nothing but completely loyal to the Foundation. I have spent weeks getting no sleep in an attempt to learn all that I can to better serve the Foundation. While I regret the things that I did in ██████, just know that I would do it all again 10 times over if it were for the betterment of the Foundation.
Give me a chance.
