USA

Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
Yes, 1 warning.[RDM] When I first started out on 912 a D class disguised as a Gensec ordered me to beat a researcher to death, I did and got a warning for it. I am now familiar with the rules surrounding 912.
Why are you applying for Security Captain?
I believe I can make Gensec a better place, along with the facility as a whole. A well run D-block means less problems and a more enjoyable experience for everyone on the server and I want to contribute to that. I also am on at non prime hours due to me having late classes during the day meaning I am usually on till around 3-4 am central time. Leading is also something I believe I am naturally good at, I'm generally pretty charismatic and people tend to listen to me and take it well. As seen with Gensec the last week or so I believe it has been improving and some of that I would like to think I am apart of. This role as captain would allow me to take it to the next level and improve upon Gensec more than I can as a sergeant and make it one of the best departments in the facility if possible.
What makes you suitable for Security Captain?:
I'd say I have good leadership experience as a sergeant, typically being the only one on at late hours that takes command of Gensec. I also have good combat experience as I hold riot and heavy weapons licenses. I have also gained plenty of combat through my role as a intelligence agent as well. I have also participated in countless sweeps and lead a few of my own in late night hours as well, which are a pain to get authorized might I add. I am well versed in the both the code of conduct and ethics due to my time on the server and have learned from both countless hours of experience on Gensec and time being internal affairs. Overall I believe with my presence leading Gensec, it will continuously improve with my guiding hand and become the best department in the facility.
What are the responsibilities of the Security Captain in RP?:
To lead and continuously improve D-block as a whole and make sure everything is in running order. This means following code of ethics and conduct at all times and making sure the people underneath you do as well. Giving out orders to man positions such as tower, airlock, patrolling, and doing ID checkpoints to every position beneath you, and making sure they understand why you're having them do it is also a vital role. Hosting tryouts for heavy weapons licenses and riot licenses is also within the responsibilities of a captain. Finally if it comes to it, debriefing Gensec then leading a sweep into D block. Or selecting someone who you think is competent and want to see them learn and excel in a future position of leadership.
Please give some lore about your Security Captain character and what storylines they would be involved in:
The man never wanted to pick up a nickname or a code name such as "Styria", a region in the country of Austria. But the situation involving his work wouldn't allow for anything else if he cared for the people in his life. You see, "Styria" worked as a riot police Capitan in Canada's deadliest and oldest prisons', Stony Mountain. He had watched countless riots and countless other officers get killed during said riots. But surviving the riots wasn't even the worst of the problems in there. Once you survived, you had to worry about prisoners getting to your family if they catch your real name. Despite all efforts, information still made it to the outside. This information was often the names of officers who were good at their jobs, Such as "Styria". The prisoners hated him for how efficient he was at his job, he led his men and squashed riots better than anyone before him. But this was his undoing, his only mistake. At this point he was using his real name and the prisoners'' knew that. They got that information and sent it to their connections on the outside. His family was shortly murdered. He figured this out and it devastated him, but it didn't stop him from doing his job. If anything, it fueled his hatred for the prisoners' more than anything else could have possibly done. He was good at his job before but now he was the best. If those prisioners ever thought they were going to get away with anything again, they were wrong. This didn't go unnoticed either. A certain underground organization needed people like him, people that could get a job done no matter the loss, and no matter how hard it was, And he was ready the men that would be shortly under him.
