Why are you applying for the Chief of Security?
- I want to lead and shape GSD into a better department, I've seen lots of GENSEC fail a lot of times so I wish to make it better. I also want to improve the operations and how things work in GSD. If I were to be accepted into chief here are some things I would like to change about GSD: Making AXO and A-6 more trusted with help that other departments would want (assisting Nu-7 with internal surface problems, escorting higher clearance levels in HCZ, more trust as a bodyguard). Making GENSEC have a better capability at completing tasks by making things more stricter for GSD.
- I am also applying for chief to further increase my popularity within the foundation as it is one of the most important things when growing in a community. It can also mean that lots of people will know that they can always come to me and ask for help whenever they need and I would love to help them grow in a community like this.
What makes you suitable for Chief of Security?:
- I know when to be strict and when to be laid back, with that I can be respected and friendly so that people wouldn't be afraid around me. Knowing when to do that is very important to be respected and known as a leader.
- I have a good knowledge on the basics of what GENSEC should be doing so I can always lead them to a better place where they would make a good person on duty. I also have a good knowledge in most of the documents like CoE, CoC so I know how I should act at all times.
- I can do the best punishment so that the who person breaks the rules (IC or OOC), I know which punishment methods would work best on someone so that they can learn from it in the future and not make the same mistake again.
What are the responsibilities of the Chief of Security in RP?:
D-Block: Leading Sweeps, Overseeing duties, Code Metas, Enforcing regularities.
RRT: Making sure people are on teamspeak, Assigning duties/checkpoints.
IC: Making sure people are on frequency, Handling Sub-Divisions, Mentoring new Cadets, Approving Rules, Enforcing CoE and CoC, Listening to suggestions, Writing Important Documents, Meetings with O5 if needed.
OOC: Hosting Tryouts, Accepting Applications, Banning Bad GENSEC.
Please give some lore about your Chief of Security character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Maverick was an average student in school, he was getting good grades and had great friends. When he was 17 years old he went to get enlisted into the military. He was doing very good in the military and had gotten a good rank. After that Maverick decided to go for something higher and something that he will get more population. So he decided to quit the military and instead become a police officer and he was a loved person in there. While doing his regular duties there were 2 times where he saved lives and got praised a lot for it, that even Site-56 noticed it. They were keeping an eye on Maverick to make sure he would be a good person to get in. And after a few days Site-56 offered him a job he couldn't reject.
