V Point Error

I bought $50 GBP (Around $64 USD) VPOINTS for the steam ID below, I put his steam ID in for the gift but it still went into my account.

The account that was supposed to get the v points - STEAM_0:0:642967737

My account that got the v points - STEAM_0:0:421930267

5,000 VPOINTS went into my account and not his. Is there any way for him to get the points.
