Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?

I am applying for the Executive Researcher role because I want to help the research department further improve by leveraging my experience and leadership skills to their fullest. Research is healthy, but I can further improve it with my ideas and experience. I also want to use the Executive role to lead larger role-play scenarios and storylines.

What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?

Leadership skills

The first thing that makes me suitable for an executive position is my leadership skills. Since returning, I have led multiple large-scale tests and events. The larger ones include my Void expedition and leading researchers during Echo 33's expedition. I have also shown that I am excellent at teaching, namely the onboarding, as can be seen in the research forums. I have onboarded over 12 new players since returning, some of whom have turned into very prominent researchers, such as Oleg.

Experience

As I was an Executive Researcher for over 6 months, I know well what is required of an Executive and what is expected in the position. Even after my tenure, I continue to improve my management and role-playing skills.

Role Play

Executive is a heavy role-play-centred role that requires a minimum level of role-playing skill. Over the past few months, I have improved tremendously compared to the start of 2025, especially in how I conduct myself in different role-play acts. I have constantly tried to make anything I create fun and engaging for those involved and allow them to make a real impact on the ongoing role play at any given time. This includes allowing new players a chance, as they are normally overlooked for more experienced or confident people, but I prefer to give them a chance. Another one of my skills is turning small random things into larger entertaining scenarios, some examples are as follows;

Sarkic Study: This was focused on combining and compiling all information on Carnomancy(Sarkic Thaumaturgy) and turning it into a weapon for use against certain SCPs. Originally, this was just some light fun that could involve some interesting lore, but it then turned into a much larger role-play scenario, even involving a sitewide kill order.

The Void: This was originally found by Jericho, where we got stuck on the GM plain, but this turned into a massive storyline involving large expeditions and experiments. This was even “combined” with another storyline that coincidentally had the same name and numerous similarities.

How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?

I have five excellent grade documents as of writing. The things that make a document an excellent grade would be first, being creative. A unique document is always an interesting read to those reviewing it and is paramount to the quality it demands. Secondly, it would be the grammar and spelling in the document. For an excellent quality document, you must have little to no spelling mistakes as it could make it more difficult to understand the contents of the document.

Finally, the most important aspect would be purpose; this mainly involves what roleplay is being created. For example, if you make a document that involves no roleplay, it will show in the document, making it rather bland. On the opposite site one that involves a high-quality scenario normally makes a document a lot more enjoyable to read, and for those that actually involved in the document's scenario, they would be able to reference their involvement in the document.

What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?

An Executive Researcher is a leadership position within the research department. Because of this, they have a large number of responsibilities, the first of which would be RP creation. Executives are meant to create roleplay for other researchers through either projects or in game spontaneously.

Secondly, it would be onboarding new researchers about policies, testing, and general know how around the site. They are also responsible for grading documents submitted by researchers and grading them accordingly, which, if the grade is high enough, pays them as Well. They are also meant to deal with troublesome researchers either through in-game punishments or temporary job bans.

please give some lore about your Executive Researcher character and what storylines they would be involved in:
