Why are you applying for Security Captain?
I am applying for Security Captain because, over the past nearly 2 years, Security was where I stemmed from. My first whitelist job was as a Security Captain, then the Security Chief shortly after when the server first released the LCZ Update. After playing in the server for a while as a standard security riot sergeant, I decided that I wanted to return to my roots and stay there for a longer term than I did last time (Where I was rapidly promoted to Site Administration then later O5 due to my contributions, listed in the next question). I truly believe that the Security Department can be an active, fun, and immersive experience for those who want to dedicate themselves to it. So, besides going back to my roots, I also want to begin my path to help set a better future for the Security Department. A future where it can be respected (as much as it can be in its current recruitment state), enjoyable, and reliable. While I may not have the power to immediately make the Security Department a fantastic regiment as a Captain, I can definitely begin to set a foundation for a path where Security becomes a better division than it once was, and constantly evolve it to become better from there.
What makes you suitable for Security Captain?:
What makes me suitable for Security Captain is my experience, my capabilities, and my dedication. All of which I have proven time and time again within the community. To first address my experience, I'll clarify that my experience goes beyond just being a Security Sergeant or knowing the ins and outs of the map (both of which are still true for me), but also my leadership experience. As seen above in my whitelisted roles question, I've been in nearly every single whitelisted role in the server over the past (nearly) 2 years. I have never been forcefully removed from these positions, and even have been commended for my efforts and intent to better all of those regiments that I have led. I believe that I was successful, and made most of these departments (that I lead) better and more enjoyable overall for the time that I was a leader in them.

One of the most prominent things I've done in this community was as a Security Captain/Chief. When I was initially made a Captain, they were very scarce. The Security Department was essentially degrading consistently, with ugly mall cop models and no one to give any love toward the department. So, I opted to become a Security Captain. From there, I assessed the state of the department and decided the best route forward. It was at this point then I approached Cloak, and he agreed the Department was in a very sad state. I worked with cloak fairly closely in establishing plans and how to improve the department not only with policy, but with game mechanics aswell. During this, I completed three main things that effect the Department even today: 1. I created the idea of a Riot Response Team, given equipment such as a shield, shotgun, flashbang, and a taser (Though the taser idea was replaced with a tranquilizer gun before the idea was implemented). 2. I came to a compromise with Cloak to add a quiz to the Security Department to better filter out minges and unqualified members from joining the department, I also came up with all of the original questions at the time. And finally 3. I contacted someone I knew to ask for their help in creating new Security Models optimized for the server, as no options on the workshop were any good. This person then created all of Securities current models, and became a hired developer for the server (Obviously I'm referring to Cheddar, the creator of the Security, O-1, A-1, Nu-7, and ERT models).

Overall, I believe that my time as Captain and Chief in the past has proven my capabilities as a leader. This, along with my many other achievements throughout my different positions (Such as re-working many of E-11s current, most popular divisions, creating many policies still enacted to this day, etc)

What are the responsibilities of the Security Captain in RP?:
The Security Captain has the following responsibilities:

*Management of Security Units on the field (Including positioning, conflict resolvement, complaints, etc).

*Assisting the Security Chief in the overall management of the department, its policies, and its sub divisions as assigned.

*Overseeing most day-to-day field operations for the Security Department, or any other operations relating to the overall security of the facility, in the absence of the Chief.

Please give some lore about your Security Captain character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Wallace Aldeen was a Police Officer serving in Los Angeles for some years, acting as a normal patrol officer he dealt with some of the weirdest and most gruesome situations Los Angeles had to offer. After a while, Aldeen saw plenty of death, destruction and terrible hostage situations in his career. He felt that being a normal Patrol Officer wasn't enough to make a true difference, to really save peoples lives. So, he decided to try for the Los Angeles S.W.A.T team. He passed their tryouts and physical exams with flying colors, having excellent marksmanship and firearm training, defusal techniques, and known all round to be an Officer who excels at their job and has true intentions. Wallace then served as a S.W.A.T Breacher for Los Angeles for several years, he felt content with his work as he ended up saving a lot of innocent lives put in danger by lunatics, disturbed people or abusers.

In 2021, Wallace and his team were responding to a potential active shooter situation inside of a Residence in Hollywood. Officers were unable to make contact, so Wallace and the rest of his team arrived and breached the building. Upon entry, the team began to sweep the house starting with the first floor. Shortly after, another person jumped onto Wallace and began to bite at him. This person suffered severe damage to the abdomen and skull, but still acted alive and healthy with powerful attacks. Another member of the team shot the hostile in the head, where it immediately went down. Wallace got up, but after the shot several more hostiles came running down from the second floor and attacked the team. Wallace opened fire on all of them, and after a brief conflict, they were all dead on the ground. And so were two members of the team, mauled to death (or near death) by these "people". The team began to clear the rest of the house, and reported the situation on radio. However, there was no response from dispatch. The team went back downstairs to regroup and exit the house, but a team of armed soldiers wearing hazmat suits entered the building and identified themselves as division of the Center for Disease Control (CDC) who worked closely with the Department of Defense. The soldiers ordered the team to put their weapons down, which we followed after they showed a valid identification clarifying that they are who they say they are. The soldiers detained the team and sweeped the house, returning and taking the bodycam footage of the team before taking Wallace and his team to the soldiers bearcat. They were all transported to a facility, 2 hours away from the house.

Eventually, the footage was reviewed and men in suits approached the team in the facility, identifying themselves as members of an organization called the SCP Foundation. The Foundation decided that Wallace and the surviving members of his team would be good candidates for the Foundation as soldiers, most notably as Security Guards at one of their higher security facilities who were lacking security staff. After the debrief, Wallace realized that this could be his chance to really make a difference to humanity as a whole, and not just Los Angeles. He accepted the offer, and was hired as a Security Guard at Site-17 for the next year before being transferred to Site-65.

Overall, Wallace is the type of character that understands the "for the greater good" mentality the Foundation has. His greater goal is to protect the innocent people of Earth. However, he isn't sympathetic or empathetic towards those he deems "not innocent", or those who do not contribute anything good to humanity or earth. Though, he usually keeps this to himself.
