What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
It adds a text in chat every time you take a sip of chemical water

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
no, it adds a little funny text that shows "Congratulations, you drank water, do you feel hydrated?"

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- Its different
- its new content to something so underrated

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
-none except for chat spam when someone slams down a liter of water for a cheap flask

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
It's a very small change as its easy to implement because other chemicals have text appear on the screen or in the chat when you drink it.

this also nerfs 073. if everyone just gets 2L beakers full of water and surrounds 073 while drinking it, 073 can't do anything
