Weekly feature testing day

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This suggestion will add one day a week (up to NL/CT to decide) where an experimental feature is added. This could include a new role which is under discussion for balance and fairness such as Nu-7 jugg (before it was added full time). These would also be able to be days where new rule changes could be made such as CI raid cooldown increases. An optional poll would be done at the end of the testing day and would allow for people to provide feedback for the feature.

Additionally, it would also have a 12 hour period where the feature is enabled, from midday at 12pm to midnight at 12am, with a potential restart at both times as the tradeoff.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Greater scope of different features
Easier ability to give new features a controlled environment
Additional feedback to CT about recent changes
No dev time

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Potential lag from excessive new feature
May cause potential roleplay issues (restarts, etc)
Could cause confusion to newer players depending on the feature

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Simply put, if there is a day or 12 hours where this happens, people will be able to experiment with new features and see what their actual firsthand opinion on the feature to provide the most accurate possible opinions and feedback on features.
