Hey guys, Shepherd here, going to investigate the video and truly establish the crux of the matter at hand, being "What the dog doin?".
For some context, in the beginning of the video, we notice that a man has apprehensively opened a box of mints. Passers-by notice this action and move in to acquire a mint or two in order to refresh their mouths. One could interpret that this is a connotation to the school days when other children would prey on various tiffin boxes and move towards any with more favorable food within.
As the various strangers attempt to claim a certain amount of mints, it would appear that an animal (in this case, quite evidently a dog) has extended their arm towards the box of mints. This is quite interesting due to the fact that the animal is unable to grab at these mints, as their fingers do not bend inwards like us vertebrate finger havers.
A direct consequence of this is an unknown individual questioning the dog's actions rather satirically, stating the infamous words; "what da dog doin?"
