What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Adds a way to replenish heals/bandages on field kits via picking up another one.
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Very likely something similar has been suggested in the past, however I can't find a post about it so take it with a grain of salt. This suggestion adds another way of replenish heals/bandages in your field kit without having to go to an ammo box allowing people to replenish heals/bandages quicker and effectively if no ammo piles are present nearby.
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- Allows jobs that don't have access to ammo piles such as D-class to still be able to replenish field kit heals/bandages by just dispensing a new, fresh field kit.
- People won't have to go searching around site for an ammo pile to replenish their field kit, instead they can just go to a dispenser and dispense a new one to replenish their heals/bandages, saving more time that could be used to engage in RP scenarios (Or combat).
- Its a nice quality of life feature that everyone can benefit from.
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- D-class riots or similar may become a little bit more deadlier and longer since D-class have better access to healing items other than hogging a dispenser for medkits, health vials or ingredients from the npc in D-block.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Allowing people to replenish field kit heals/bandages by just dispensing a new one is a nice quality of life feature that everyone on the server can benefit from. It'll save some precious time giving more way for rp scenarios or combat situations and overall making healing less tedious.
