Will client sided shaders get me blacklisted?

I want to use these Shaders using reshade and a custom preset, I just want to know if they oppose to any rule like the hacking and cheats rule. Will I be able to?

As long as they don't give you a visible/significant advantage in seeing people easier, or highlighting players- then it should be no issue if its just for visual aesthetic.
