Why are you applying for the Chief of Security?

I am applying for a chief because during my time as a captain i have noticed many areas that need improvements.
I have worked on ideas to improve the current security system but i feel my ideas are not seen enough, so as a chief i could more efficiently work on and implement new improvements to the general security department.
I also have plenty of ideas i wish to come to light for the general security and am actively working on them,
such as a better version of the cadet manual to truly teach new players how it is supposed to be done.
This manual would teach all the Basic information that a new cadet needs to know when joining general security, starting with d block from the safe handeling of d class to learning what to do during different codes.
Another reason is that since joining site 65 my goal has always been to reach the position of a security chief. i have risen the ranks from a cadet to a guard from there to officer from there to sergeant and finally captain in a matter of a few months but my goal is and has always been to be the chief of security, reason being i enjoy general security the most and want to see it grow to the best it can be.
The captain position can only do so much so this would help me reach my goal, that being the chief of security. Making general security stand out amongst the Foundation as its true defenders.
What makes you suitable for Chief of Security?:
-I belive my fast learning ability, enthusiasm, determination, and willingness are the first primary reasons i would be suitable to be chief.
additional reasons are my experience working as a captain i have learned alot about general security and ways to improve it, by either my own work or assisting others interested in making changes.
i am always trying to think of new ways to make general security be more interesting, fun and seen. So new players will want to possibly stay for the ride and have fun.
Additional reasons of why i would be a good chief are:
- I am extremely active on General security.
- I am active during the hours the server is most quiet.
- I am on site every day without missing a single one so far.
- Whenever possible i am working on ways to improve General security.
What are the responsibilities of the Chief of Security in RP?:
-Leading general security, and being there to show how things are done.
-maintaining connections with other departments.
-development of new training's and regiments for general security.
Also included:
-Approving new General Security sergeants and captains.
-Safety of the site, and its personnel.
-Maintaining General Security leadership.
-overseeing the Whitelists.
Please give some lore about your Chief of Security character and what storylines they would be involved in:
William 'Lunar' Midnight is a Finnish man.
He is the sole survivor of a previous site -(ERROR), Alpha nuclear warhead detonation. William's Position in the
previous site was Head of security. He kept order and morale high and was concidered to be one of the best.
Now transferred to site 65, William has to start from nothing due to the files on his work being lost in the destruction.
Loyal to the foundation and the general security department, William is working his way up the ladder once more to reach the position of chief of security.
Ocationally the horrible memories of the sites destruction returns and William becomes blank minded. However there are certain bio-mechanical augments made to combat this mental state and help him focus.
Williams instincts are razor sharp. Due to the augmentations performed by Dr. (DATA EXPUNGED). William only remembers the doctor who performed the augmentations, but refuses to elaborate or expose the doctors identity.
Anything else about the site he has forgotten due to the severe trauma caused by the site's destruction.
Life before the Foundation:
William Began work as a security guard for a Private Company called [DATA EXPUNGED].
here he got into a fight with an anomalous entity targeting the Company director.
William managed to kill the creature but at a cost at his health.
So the Company he worked in used the opportunity to implement William with bio-mechanical augments.
At the head of the augmentation Project was Dr. [DATA EXPUNGED].
After aproximately [ERROR] years, the augmentation progress was complete and a new bio-mechanically enhanced Human was made.
Williams enhanced abilities include: Hypermobility, Superhuman speed, Superhuman strenght, Enhanced vision, Sharpened sences.
after a few months of working with the augmentations the SCP Foundation does a raid on the Company William worked in.
William gets taken in to the custody of the Foundation as an anomalous enitity, after a dozen or so tests DR. [REDACTED] decides to employ William to the general security of site - [DATA EXPUNGED]. There William slowly rises the ranks and reaches the position of head of security. While working for gsd at the site one day a massive containment breach happens and the site's ALPHA-nuclear warhead gets detonated, during this time William was at a Secure bunker at [REDACTED] and survives the detonation. However he does not go unscathed, and suffers additional effects due to the radiation. The effects are minimal due to the augments William posesses. after coming to his sences he contacts the nearest facility for help and that site just so happened to be site-65.
