What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This suggestion will make the SRA's on the Containment Chamber Roof's of TG-A & B function as a normal scranton stopping them from using their abilities until they breach, there will also be a CL3 keycard scanned that can enable/disable it if the test requires their powers and it can be optionally biometric(up to the content team) and with this the TG's should also still be able to use use their Destabalize ability to disable the scrantons for a amount of time (30-120s).

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
As far as i am aware no

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- This Will allow all Departments & regiments who sample TG's to prevent(or delay) instantanious death
- This Will stop people from minging as TG-A & B

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- TG players may not like the suggestion as it affects their non-breach gameplay

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
It is beneficial to all parties, less sits for TG's being senselessly aggressive with their materialize and also lets people testing on the TG's have realistic control over them whilst they are in containment, it also adds functionality to an already existing prop so no map changes will be needed other than the keycard scanners being able to toggle the anchors respectively.

It could be a nerfed Scranton, e.g. it allows detain but nothing else, to allow potential RP around tests/sampling. Really like the overall idea, though - afaik TGs are to some extent already considered to be under the effects of them and so aren't actually allowed to do various things, but they especially aren't allowed to keep fucking shooting people while another SCP breach tools them, which basically every TG player ever does.
