What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?: I'd say that the reason as to why I am one of the best candidates for Overseer Assistant is because of my professionalism and speaking abilities. Although I may not be perfect at everything, that is fine, as we are all Human and errors exist. However, I believe that being able to speak properly, understand others properly and fully break down a situation into smaller issues, similar to things like coding, is a very important aspect, especially for a role such as this. As mentioned, I am professional. It's nice to have fun, after all this is GMod, but being serious is something I do well. I have experience externally and internally that allows me to understand how to be serious.
Although I may not be known very well on the site, I do believe that sometimes being the underdog, a nobody, is beneficial. It means that people won't bother me as much as someone else who is popular, as they won't care. This allows me to get on with my duties. I'm not a full nobody, but outside of specific departments I would say I'm not the most famous. I have experience as a Security Captain with dealing with some of the worst of the worst, and still getting by, and although I will admit my documentation could have a touch upon, improving is something we can all do and analysing ones own weaknesses is important to improvement, and is something I can do that others cannot.
Overall, I'd say that what makes me a good candidate is my personality. I'm down to Earth, I understand when people want to have fun or want to be serious, and I'm not selfish. I help those who need it and do whatever role I am needed to do. This, to me, is important for a role like Assistant, as although it's common for Assistants and such to be dismissive of people because of their status, it is still important to be a respectful person.

What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?: The responsibilities of an Overseer Assistant are being the right hand of the Council. They operate less in the shadows, and act basically as a mouthpiece, allowing the Council's messages and rules to be projected through them. Of course, the Council can't go do it themselves, so they employ Assistants and other envoys to project their interests for them. Assistants essentially carry out what the Council votes on, depending on what it is. They are the vessel that the Council uses to oversee the facility. Assistants must be careful of their identities, considering their ties to the Council, and so are able to gain control of the MTF Alpha-1 Task Force, but only if they are not needed by the Council directly. Due to this, Assistants are still considered high value targets, despite being a Junior CL4, and so are to be protected like the Council themselves, after all they are their envoy.
When not under direct orders of the Council, Assistants still have to do other tasks for the Council's needs, such as department reviews, documentation and/or paperwork, and ensuring the site is running smoothly with the help of the Departments. The Council is not always able to oversee, and so Assistants do this for them naturally, without direct orders needed.

Please give some lore about your Overseer Assistant character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Zack "Validus" Andreev was born on 15/10/████ in Liverpool, United Kingdom. As a Child, Zack always had an interest in the Supernatural, be it ghosts or other spectres. At Age 8, his family moved for unknown reasons to Canada, and Zack was not sure why, but never cared. His Father, however, worked for the Foundation. He was a Senior Researcher and had to move as he had been transferred to a new Facility: Site 65. His Family lived somewhat close, some miles away from Pinewood. His Father never directly told of his work, though hinted at it. Upon reaching the Age of 18, and having excelled somewhat in School, his Father, with permission from sufficient higher-ups, suggested that he could possibly try and join his line of work, Research. Zack had never actually known what his father did, however he soon learnt of the Foundation. He was surprised, to say the least, that such a place could exist but still be in the shadows. He wondered who the leaders of this Foundation were, and if one day, he could meet them. Zack agreed to joining the Foundation, and a few years later, he was a Jr. Researcher at Site 65. However, although he enjoyed what he did, Research simply was not for him and, not long after, he applied to join the Security detail of Site 65 and due to physical and mental attributes, he was accepted. He was not too sure what made him do this, but he felt like destiny had a road laid out for him. As a Cadet, Zack excelled in his work, and had assisted with stopping a Mass D-Block Riot. Soon after this, he was promoted to Officer. As an Officer, he noticed that he was good at leading people, good at dealing with sticky situations. Due to this, Zack enrolled in a program that would allow Officers to try their chance at getting a promotion to Sergeant. At first, Zack was not the best at this, and nearly Failed the program, though after some encouragement from fellow piers, he passed. Upon reaching SGT, he was granted his Riot Control and Heavy Weapons licenses, due to his support in stopping Riots, and Zack lead Officers and Cadets in many situations, though was never really too influential. After all, he was a lowly Sergeant... Because of this, a spark grew in Zack, becoming a flame. He wanted to help how Security was ran, and due to a stroke of luck, he was able to get a chance at becoming a Captain. This was his chance...
10 Years have passed since that day. That flame, now a spark once more, has died away. Zack, now under the codename "Validus", has been a Captain for 9 years now. He excelled in his line of work, although he felt that it was getting boring, becoming a way to meet ends, and not something he really enjoyed as much as he did. Although he loved his department, loved the Foundation and his piers, he felt as if this was not his peak. He considered possibly joining the Research team once more, after all this time, though did not wish to do so. After all, that would just be waste of talent to one group. On 22/09/████ , Zack was approached by a Task Force he had heard of before. Something only CL4 knew about. MTF Alpha-1 "Red Right Hand". They wished for him to join their ranks, to forget his past, and focus on the future. Zack embraced this with open arms, and his past was no more, and now only his future mattered. He was now Validus. Zack Andreev was killed in a D-Block riot, or so they say...
Validus enlisted into Alpha-1, starting off as a Private. He did his duties, served in the dark. He got to know his colleagues well, but never truly understood who he worked for. The Overseer Council. He worked for them, and the Foundation, but never truly understood what their goals were. He knew they were of good intention, to better Humanity, but he wished to see this for himself. Although he was only a Specialist of Alpha-1, he was able to get further information on Overseer Assistants, and most importantly; how to become one of them. He hoped that this information, and his experience as a Security Captain and current ties within Alpha-1 would allow him to move onward. Validus knew that this was going to be the peak, the top of the Mountain. Maybe, there was even a beyond? Or would he reach that mountaintop elsewhere? Would fate truly be the one to decide? Only the Council knows. The Council decides.
