Denied Add the ability to job ban chefs

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
-adds a command for certain players to job ban chefs

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
-Permits minge players on chef to be taken off the job for a little while
-Stops chef from being the de-facto minge job

SA have the ability to ban ET&S. However from what I can gather from talking to people. it is heavily discouraged/Not allowed at all. As for if they can jobban chefs,No idea.

Site staff jobs are the common minge job. The problem with it is what should be done is bans for NITRP, but. That would cause the amount of sits to go up as it's annoying to prove that without letting them minge first, or let IA arrest them over and over (They will be released 10 minutes later and back to shenaniganry)
