What is the best minecraft modpack known to mankind?

so I am bored and just wanna ask this what does the CN community (aka the smartest community ever) think is the best minecraft modpack is. This is a important question as I need to know what it is.

It can be any version of Minecraft
I couldnt care less about the size of the mod folder
easier said just any minecraft modpack even just single mods are allowed.

1.12.2 HBM is full of bugs and glitches, play 1.7.10 HBM (its 100% better)
