Why are you applying for Security Captain?
I feel that over the past 2 months i have taken in a great deal of knowledge to better the Department of Gensec with trainings especially some crossfire trainings, but more helping the rest try to climb the ranks to get there RRT, HWL, CTU & SGT Roles for them to better the safety of the foundation While also increasing their Knowledge.

What makes you suitable for Security Captain?:
I am currently a SGT within Gensec and I have been proactively leading sweeps of Code 2's to eliminate any threats that are afoot within d-block and they have been going smoothly so far but there has been hiccups in them. I've also been trying to be more active within the newest branch of LCZRT which i would supervise the SRU and CTU that are assigned to the LCZRT Taskforce in ensuring the safety of SCP-914 and SCP-1162 is carefully monitored and not misused.
I believe that I have been taking the necessary steps in trying to make the LCZRT teams and the D-block coordination a little bit better and making an effort and attempt to maintain good relations with fellow gensec.

What are the responsibilities of the Security Captain in RP?:
*Maintain and oversee the operations of d-block and assign positions of Gensec Personnel to better organize the D-block so there is little to no room for d-class to escape or terminate any Site personnel
*Host trainings Aswell as tryouts for licenses such as RRT|HWL|SGT
*Work with other Foundation security forces in any assistance they may need if understaffed.
*Ensuring the Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct are all being followed and not being violated in anyway to were the d-class are being mistreated or falsely terminated.

Please give some lore about your Security Captain character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Michael Sandusky is a man that "started from the bottom now we here", He started out as a security cadet with in the Gensec department when his family was low on money he decided it was time to find a second job which he didnt know was gonna become his fulltime and only job. Michael sandusky was not a very fortunate man he had it rough throught his whole life his father left when he was a child and he only had his mother so he was forced to toughen up and stick up for himself and his family. Once there was a day that michael knew his mother wasnt acting herself and she had began starting to have moments of just staring off into the distance and frequent occurances of forgetting who and where she was. So Michael took her to the doctor and come to find out she had dementia and Michael of course had to step up and take care of his mother. So with this new job he hired a fellow neighbor too look after his mother as he knew he would be gone for long periods of time at his new job to make money to keep providing for his mother. While Michael was at foundation he has had a couple of chances to go back to see his mother but she had only gotten worse. With Michael having to pick up more shifts within the foundation he was seen and Try'd out for sgt and passed and was promoted for his determination and leading skills.
