My opinion on Rowling, He is a strong RP lead within CI he has worked it so it's not primarily based on destroying server health and has pushed further than any prior commander on working on that set point. my point was more so that he has non combative experience, and it doesnt really matter that he didnt hold a Sr CL4 spot in any of them if he performed well (which from what ive seen, he did)
