I wont deny it, I have received quite an extensive list of kicks, bans, and warnings. However: All of these warnings were from a year ago or more, and I do not intend to reoffend in any way whatsoever.

What makes you the best candidate for Ethics Committee Assistant?:
I believe I am the best candidate for Ethics Committee Assistant due to my previous experience in this role, my extensive knowledge of the Code of Ethics, and the ability to spot when someone is violating it. I have a deep understanding of the FLC from my time as an Internal Security Department Member. Additionally, I prefer non-combative roles to combative roles, which demonstrates that I can be significantly more invested and devote my full focus to Ethics Committee Assistant. I also know how to create immersive roleplay scenarios that enhance other players' experiences.

What are the responsibilities of Ethics Committee Assistants in RP?:
• Carrying out requests/orders of ECM.
• Upholding the Code of Ethics and FLC.
• Hosting/Assisting in tribunals for CL3 and below.
• Regular CL4 duties (Mass term, AA auth)
• Represent ethics when no Ethics Committee Members are available

These are just some of the responsibilities of an ECA, There is obviously a lot more that they can do in RP.

Prior to working with the Foundation, Rocky was a Private Investigator with a brilliant track record, who was hired specifically for high-profile, and high-stake cases. This continued for 8 consecutive years all the while Rocky felt the pull for something greater. Luckily, Rocky was approached a short while after, and was presented with a very intriguing job opportunity which also entailed leaving his current life behind. Rocky took some time to think it over, but ultimately decided that he couldn't return to his previous life.

Tribunal of Senior Researcher Harold Tov

Around a week after getting adjusted to his new position within the Foundation, Rocky was assigned his first major task. A clearance level 3 Senior Researcher, going by the name of Harold Tov had been accused of violating multiple ethical guidelines, including: Testing on more than 3 D-class at once and failure to uphold proper humanitarian treatment.
Outcome:

After a thorough tribunal, Harold Tov was found guilty of violating 2 sections of the Code of Ethics:
• Section 1.02: Involuntary Testing on D-Class
• Section 3.04: Restricted Testing on Human Matter
However, Tov's actions were not deemed to be of malice, as Harold was pushed to speed up his research and in a result Rocky opted for rehabilitation.​

The details I would like you to elaborate on is what makes you the best candidate, you explained that you have extensive FLC knowledge but is that the only thing? Have you had any other situation to whom you've taken lead in? Are you familiar on how to create RP?

Additionally on the responsibilities I would like to see situations where action can be taken ex. Mass term and so on.

Hi, I appreciate your feedback. I've updated my response to "What makes you the best candidate for Ethics Committee Assistant?:" to add more detail.

You have stated the duties you included a little wrong. Firstly, for AA, it is not a general duty for someone who is CL4 it is specifically supposed to be authed by SA+, but in the absence of SA, you may auth it. Secondly, you referred to representing the Committee when there were no ECMs present; however, even if there are ECMs, you still have to represent the Committee as not all Ethics-related matters fall upon an ECM, as the chain of command has ECAs before ECMs. Lastly, regarding duties, you failed to add the duty of authing tests, which require the signature of an ECA, for example, Cross-tests approval and 914 test approvals.

When you talk about what makes you standout its pretty basic with the things such as you were in ISD and that you prefer non-combative roles however from the perspective of someone who is looking at this applicant and seeing whether or not they should get an interview you really want to see more specific facts that link to why you are the best which are not just the normal 'I was in ISD so I know the FLC' as showing how you as a person are suited for this role things such as prior RP creation, skills, experience and how that is relevant and will help with your ECA duties, and other things that show you have what it takes to become the most senior Jr Cl4 role on site.

Unfortunately, I don't believe, based on your application and what I have stated above I will be leaving a -Support.
