Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: https://imgur.com/a/qoyF4kE

Failrp is active because, when I was making an Arrest, it was considered invalid due to an unknown reason that I can't remember, but I know it was an arrest while on ISD
RDM is active because, when I was in d class, I killed a few d class to get in front of the line of research

How many hours can you be on everyday: 3-4

Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: In a community, I was a senior mod on a few military RP servers that no longer exist, a trial moderator on some dark RP servers that currently don't exist, and an admin on a deep gaming backrooms server.
If it's about this server, I have no experience with it.

Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I'm proud of sorting the full scipnet of ISD files, coming into friendly terms with a handful of staff and senior cl4, and being active enough to see what changes the server via either event or new policies, etc.

Why would you like to become a staff member: I would like to become a staff member because I’ve already invested a great deal of time, energy, and passion into this server. Throughout my time here, I’ve found endless enjoyment, formed connections with the community, and gained a strong understanding of how the server operates. Now, I want to give back in a more impactful way by helping maintain the quality and integrity of the experience for others.

I’ve noticed opportunities where additional staff support could greatly benefit the community, whether it’s handling sits more efficiently, assisting new players, or responding quickly to rule violations. By joining the team, I aim to ensure that gameplay remains fair, immersive, and fun for everyone. I’m dedicated, active, and capable of staying calm and objective in high-pressure situations, which I believe are key traits for any staff member.

If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I would say the response time during off and high-rise times of the server is more than 2-3 minutes for a response. I believe I can improve because my timeline of being active is around the time the server is slowly going into low pop, and then some during the weekdays and weekends, I will be able to get on during high pop to assist the other admins in taking sits and figuring out situations.

In my opinion this guy would actually be a good staff member, as I am a consultant and we have issues with people all the time and when I call ISD he is normally the one there helping. Most of my encounters with him he is kind and helpful but when a problem arises he will be dead serious. I also do like the fact that he can be on during low pop times because sometimes we have issues with this and it would really help.

I truly support this guy, good luck.

- support,
i can understand the warning for FailRP, But the RDM warn and reasoning you gave shows that you arent aware of the basic server rules, This warning was given 6 days ago.

I advise waiting at least 2 weeks to show you are aware of the rules and understand them.

best of luck,
Holland
Alright, in 2 weeks, I will make another application and study more on the rules and understand them.

Note: Hollands response is not the final decision. He is just stating what he personally believe and the decision is further left to the Resource Team within staff to decide. Do not feel his response is final though follow through with what you see fit.
