Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
I have one warning, from 14/03/2025, for FailRP. I received this because I interacted with 096 while breached in a way that was ruled as not making sense in line with FearRP (bucketed it, and used a beam on it while it was passive).

Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?:
I have recently graduated from uni, so I now have more time available to me and am wanting to become more active on the server, both on ISD and other roles. I have previously been an IA Ambassador and enjoyed it, and I am interested in being more involved in ISD now that I have time available. I am also interested in getting involved in more RP both within the department and with others outside of the department, which being an Inspector would provide more opportunity to do.

What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?:
I have previous experience in relevant RP roles, including IA Ambassador and Site Advisor. I also regularly engage in and try to create RP on jobs like Tech Expert and ISD Investigator, such as working with Site Administration and different department leadership on Tech Expert to get changes approved and made like permaprop changes and access changes. I would also say that I'm generally good at document creation and engaging with ongoing RP, along with being decent at conflict resolution, which was very helpful back when I was an Ambassador, and now and then as an Investigator. I have also engaged in various ISD and IA operations where possible.

What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:
I have a fair amount of previous experience in relevant positions and in areas such as document creation, RP engagement, and conflict resolution. I am also likely to be very active on the server for the foreseeable future, including on ISD specifically.

How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?:
I don't have too many documents that I have made as ISD, but I do have some notable ones on E&TS such as the past and current Site-65 Power Generation and Site-65 Electrical Subsystems document (available on SCiPNet and the E&TS Office corkboard), which are guides for new E&TS staff to use for maintaining things like electrical subsystems and the reactor turbines in an RP-friendly way. I also made the previous E&TS Department Policies doc here which was in place for a long time until the end of March this year. I have also made various proposal documents and reports and the like for that department which can sometimes be found in the E&TS Office cabinets.

An RP document like these ones is good if it is clear and relatively concise, and serves an actual purpose. It should have legible formatting, decent grammar and spelling, and just generally be clearly understandable to those that are likely to read it. It should also be something that people actually might want to read. For example, an arrest report on a Medical Trainee for a minor infraction like negligence, riddled with spelling errors and not using the relevant document template would be the epitome of a bad RP document. Alternatively, a document such as a research document on a notable cross-test with interesting results and RP, formatted well and in a way that is easy to read would be an ideal RP document, as other researchers and administration may want to read about it, and would be able to do so easily.

What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:
Inspectors have all of the responsibilities of ISD Investigators (investigating, arresting, communicating, etc.), plus:
  • Lower-level management of CL3 ISD personnel
    • Such as assigning stations, giving short-term orders, listening to and resolving issues brought to you regarding/by CL3 ISD, etc.
  • Creation and management of new operations
  • Initiating and prosecuting tribunals
  • Training new ISD Agents/Operatives
  • Handling punishment of problematic CL3 ISD personnel
    • Such as job bans, retraining, etc.
  • Being more involved in CL4-related operations and interactions
    • While CL3 staff can and do get involved in these, CL4s have more base knowledge and should take point on these
  • Being more involved in overall interdepartmental relations
    • E.g. hearing and resolving complaints about CL3 ISD members, interacting with other departments like AO and the like more often
  • Handling ISD duties in CL4 areas
    • Such as CL4 SCP chambers, electrical centres, etc.
    • CL3 ISD can do this, but only CL4 ISD can actually access these on their own, so an Inspector+ usually needs to be present
  • Operating blastdoors when needed
    • E.g. closing PW BD when SCPs are in LCZ, and others upon request or when needed
  • Supporting other ISD personnel
    • Things like responding to requests for CL4 ISD, giving advice to CL3s, resolving conflicts between personnel, etc.

Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:
I have relevant past experience, and plan to be very involved and active for the foreseeable future. I believe I have the relevant skills, and while there will be some things I will need to learn/relearn due to differences between ISD/IA and Ambassador/Inspector, I have a good base to start on for this role.

Please give some lore about your Internal Security Inspector character and what storylines they would be involved in:
